A Breathing Space in the new commercial centre


Thesis Statement:
In the context of architecture, green spaces in urban areas are consider to be as one
of the main feature that gives a high quality living on the occupants that surrounds it.
Therefore, linking green common spaces between structures may have a big impact on the
users lifestyle that improves their health and strengthen their social capabilities, but in
order to maximize the use of the green spaces it should be accessible to the users.

Green spaces are highly accessible to commercial and office spaces
Zoning of areas are properly considered.
Planning #2:
Green spaces are located at the center of the business area in which it serves as a
barrier and a breathing space for the occupants
Architectural Features #3:
Different highlighted sculpture that boost the environment picture

Site considers the PWDs, in which they have provided ramps to access the site.
There are pedestrian lanes and stop lights every crossing.
