ways to fit them into your childs day!
Cut up veggie sticks to eat with some low fat dip

childs lunchbox try cutting them into
interesting shapes
Decorate home-made pizzas with vegetable
toppings

Peel zucchini into strips and add to pasta


Cut sweet potato, carrots or any of your childrens
favourite vegetables into finger sized portions and
bake in the oven as an alternative to hot chips
