Christmas Program
Please keep in mind that we will be presenting our Christmas Program for you on Thursday
evening, December 11, beginning at 6:30 p.m. First graders should wear long-sleeved white
shirts and khaki pants for the program. We are looking forward to performing for you. What
a great way to bring in the Christmas season!

Mystery Reader
I would like to thank Brooke
McCulley for being our Mystery
Reader today. What a treat! I
appreciate so much her willingness
to share her time and her love of
reading with us!

CPAA
I am sending home today your childs
results on the first administration of the
Childrens Progress Academic
Assessment. Please be on the lookout for
this in your childs folder.

Christmas
As we are counting down the
days until Christmas, there is
much excitement and
anticipation in the air! Please
encourage your child to work to
stay focused and use self-control
at school because it seems to be
especially hard for children to do
so at this time of the year. I
appreciate your help with this.

Accelerated Reader
I am sending home a list of the
AR books that your child has
tested on so far this year. The last
day for testing will be
December 18.

Spelling
Our next spelling test will be on
Wednesday, December 17, over
the spelling list that is being sent
home today.
