TR-Coordinator: responsible for ruling and governing all project activities
on time and to supply an effective communication/coordination among partners.
Creation of a flyer.
BG: Preparing questionnaires about the project activities, evaluation of
these questionnaires and preparing a report of the results.
DE: creation of a project website, organizing the documents and posting
them on time.
DK: creation of a Drop box account to upload shared videos, files and
documents.
GR: creation of a booklet about village life which describes the cultural,
traditional and historical backgrounds, the cuisines, games, festivals in villages.
IT: Creation of a documentary film about village lives of all participant
countries. This will present the similarities, differences and interesting shape of
lives supporting by natural, historical, cultural and environmental values as the
project's final product.
- All partners took part in a detailed discussion about the project and
outlined what each partner was responsible for and when the mbilities would
take place.


THE MOBILITIES
4/11 to 9/11 2012 -Planning the project
Nevsehir - TURKEY
The first mobility was the first time the partners met. The days were
utilized for planning the 2 year project and making the detailed project plan.
Activities:
Visit at Emmiller primary school, meeting pupils and staff.
Meeting local authorities and village families.












Excursions to the local area. ( Kulsehir , Nevsehir, Avanos )












Get in touch with traditional
music and local food.


24/02 to 1/03/2013
Presentation of school, city, country
Marburg - GERMANY
In the second mobility the topic of the meeting was Our country, our
town, and who we are. for this meeting All the participating schools had
prepared and had worked out presentations with their students, which
focused on similarities and differences concerning the school system,
country/village and city life.
Activities:
Warm welcome from students and staff
English lessons in classrooms
Discuss about the program













Except from the cities of Marburg and Frankfurt the guests were guided
around the rural area of Marburg (Amneburg) and the impressions
were used for the discussion about our project Village life.

12/05 to 17/05 2013
Games and Recreation ( with students)
Sor - DENMARK
The third mobility was In Denmark where the topic was Games and recreation.
The foreigner students participated in this meeting with teaching staffs.
Activities:
Games at school
Presentation of traditional games from parterns


















Visit local cities and sightseeing Copenhagen, Roskilde-Viking
museum

29/09 to 4/10 2013
Traditions through the year - ( with Students)
Amaliada-Greece
In the forth meeting the topic was ''Traditions through the year''. Foreigner
students presented their traditional customs (weddings, christmas, St. Lucia, the
festivals of tree, St. Hans,songs, a tradition from German-Grenzgang, Kna Gecesi
from Turkey).







The host country's students guided the visitors in the city tour to
show them their cultural, historical and environmental beauties.







In the courtyard of the school all the partners planted an olive
tree in memory of meeting of the project, but mainly supporting the
friendly relations that developed between them.

24/11 to 29/11 2013
Art, Handcraft and Creativity
Pezaro-ITALY
During the fifth meeting the partners enjoy Art, Handcraft and
creativity by students . Also, they had the opportunity to take pleasure in
a musical performance with choir and instruments, prepared by teachers
and pupils for Christmas time.




The guests had the opportunity to visit Pesaro, Fano (Roman
town),Mombaroccio and Urbino (Renaissance town).



As a topic of the project is "food", an evening was devoted to the
preparation and cooking of piadina (flatbread), a typical food of Pesaro and
surroundings. The meeting ended in a celebratory way with the presentation of
certifications.


16/03 to 21/03 2014
Traditional Dances, Songs (with Students)
Stamboliski - BULGARIA
The topic of the international meeting in Bulgaria was Dance and Music. The
students of each country presented their traditional dances and songs. Also, some
students presented their traditional music with instruments.
Activities:
Warm welcome from headmistress and students
Presentation of traditional dances and music














Visit local sightseeing (Plovdiv, Stamboliiski, Etara and Gabrovo town,
Asenovgrad and Bashkovo monastery)

25/05 to 30/05 2014
The traditional food and
Preparing the Final Report
Nevsehir - TURKEY
It was the last meeting and the topic was Food and national traditions about
food. Every country made presentations about their traditional food. Visitors
prepared and cooked Gsleme with local women and had lunch at a village farm
with local families.

Disaggregating the general theme "The joy of exploring village life,
we succeeded through all visits to highlight all aspects of village life
that makes life unique, beautiful and meaningful and at the same
time we achieved to exchange views, share experiences and
practices, communicate, establish relationships and friendships and
enrich the educational and teaching practices for a more quality
education.
