Mixed Martial Arts are a full contact sport, which you can use a wide variety of fighting styles and techniques. One of the leading companies in this sport is Ultimate Fighting Championship, which has the largest number of the best fighters and organizes events around the world.

Examples of disciplines used in this sport are: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Muay Thai Judo Boxing Karate

To practice this discipline is needed: Shorts Small gloves and dressing (remaining free fingers) Mouth guard Groin protector

Part 4 The stage for Mixed Martial Arts


Mixed Martial Arts is played on a fighting ring. It must have 5 ropes, padded floor, a metal pole at each corner (are 8 in total), and a grille around the ring.

Part 5 Game Rules


A championship fight has 5 rounds of 5 minutes, and between each round there is a minute of rest. Is allowed any impact with fists, knees, and any kind of kicks; In summary, any struggle, with the condition that doesnt kill the enemy.
