    PROPOSAL 1 : Design of a 5-star Resort Site Location : New Delhi Site area : 5.68 acres (23,000 sqm)

    Priority 1

    Project Outline : Location is on delhi - jaipur road, Approx 20 kms from jaipur (Towards delhi). The project is adjacent to a proposed hotel park. Facilities : Rooms and suites : 50 Multi-cuisine bas & restaurant : 2 Parking area, A conference room, swimming pool, horse riding, yoga, library, a small auditorium

    PROPOSAL 2 : Design of a Tourist Resort Site Location : Dehradun Site area : 10 acres (40,468 sqm) Project Outline : Vana Retreats & Hotels is constructing a resort in Uttarakhand. Status: Under Implementation Promoter: Vana Retreats & Hotels, belonging to the Max Group Project: Construction of Resort Location: Malsi Estate, dist. Dehradun, Uttarakhand

    Current Status: The project is scheduled for completion in Q2 2013. The upcoming resort spread over 10 acres and will have 40 units. The resort will consist of amenities like ayurveda center, wellness center, spa, restaurant, etc. As a model development for green resorts, the project seeks to preserve the sense of place, local culture and be environmentally sensitive.

    PROPOSAL 3 : Design of Bihar Museum Site Location : Patna, Bihar Site area : 13.9 acres (56,655 sqm) It will be developed on a 13.9 acre site located on Bailey Road in Patna.

    Priority 3

    The 2,000-year-old Didarganj Yakshi, one of the most popular and iconic sculptures in India, would remain the star exhibit in the new museum, but with a difference. The proposed museum is expected to set new benchmarks in museum experience in the country and turn around government apathy to cultural facilities.

    Kindly help finalizing the topic for my architectural thesis 2013-14.
