Lactation cookie 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour 1 3/4 cups of oats 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt

3/4 cup of almond butter or peanut 1/2 cup of softened butter 1 cup of flax 3 tbsp of brewers yeast 1/3 cup of water 1 tsp of cinnamon 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of brown sugar 2 tsp of vanilla 2 large eggs 2 cups of choc chips 1 cup of nuts ( almonds) u Directionsli Preheat oven to 350 Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a bowl. In a large bowl beat almond butter, butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, flax, brewers yeast, and water until creamy. Mix in eggs. Gradually add in flour mixture. Mix in nuts, choc chips and oats gradually. Bake for 12 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix 2 T of flaxseed meal and water, set aside 3-5 minutes. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Stir flaxseed mix into butter mix and add vanilla. Beat until well blended. Sift: dry ingredients, except oats and choc chips. Add butter mix to dry ingredients. Stir in the oats and then the choc chips.

10. Drop on parchmant paper on baking sheet. 11. Bake 8-12 minutes. 1 cup butter or Vegan Option in place of butter: non-dairy buttery spread like Earth Balance 1 cup white sugar 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 4 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons flax seed meal 2 large eggs or Vegan Option in place of eggs: 3 tsp of Egg Replacer mixed with 4 tablespoons of water or Vegan Option in place of eggs: 4 teaspoons of flax mixed with 4 tablespoons of water 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups white flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups oats 1 cup chocolate chips 4 tablespoons brewer's yeast Preheat oven to 350 Mix the flaxseed meal and water and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar well. Add eggs and mix well. Add flaxseed mix and vanilla, beat well. Sift together flour, brewers yeast, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to butter mix. Stir in oats and chips. Scoop onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Let set for a couple minutes then remove from tray.
