Service Blueprint:

Service Blueprint is a method for describing and analyzing a service process. It shows basic interactions in providing a service. The service blueprint helps to clarify the service offering develops a shared service vision, recognizes the complexities and intricacies of the service that are not readily apparent. Southeast University also follow the service blueprint .the service blueprint of ESU are given bellow.

Physical evidence:
First of all the physical evidence ,SEU is use lot of physical evidence for give their service .the physical avoidance are University campus, Admission office , Desk regis-tration
Papers, Class room, Underground car parking place, Room of administration, etc are the main

physical avoidance of the university.

Customer action:
Here ,the service customer is the university student. the customer action means that the hole admission process of the student according to the university service systems. Customer action is start from arrive at admission office .then the student collect the information about the admission from the admission office ,after the student collect the forms and other essential forms then he or she fill up and submit the forms on time. After student will receive admit card for test. Then the student will be able to attain the admission test. After student will get the result of the test. The next step is viva test, after that final process is qualify students will get the chance to study this university and unqualified students will be leave the process.

Onstage action:
Here admission office give them greet and give the information about the admission process, it is the part of onstage action .The student when collect the admission forms that time the administrative give information and deliver admit card, its a part of onstage action. Public the result from university is the part of onstage action.

Backstage action:
Verify the information of student and admission forms is the part or activity of the backstage action. Check the exam script also include in the backstage action. Backstage has the link with customer action ,without the backstage action the customer /student dont get the feedback from admission office.

Support process:
SEU also use the support process for give the service to the students. The admission system ,room maintain for test, prepare result and select the candidate are the part of the support process. Southeast University is follow this blueprint for giving their service to their student.
