Cinnamon Monkey Bread 1-1/2 t. cinnamon 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 4 T.

butter or margarine melted 1 loaf frozen white bread dough Thaw bread dough in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Quarter loaf lengthwise. Cut each quarter into 8 cubes making 32 cubes altogether. Combine sugars, nuts and cinnamon. Melt butter. Dip each dough cube into melted butter, then roll in sugar mix. Layer in greased tube pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top. Cover, let rise until double. (1-1/2 hrs. on counter, or overnight in refrigerator). Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes or until done. Let stand in pan for two minutes before inverting onto rack to cool.
