    Station #1 Finish Clock Project

    You have created expressions for the numbers 1-12. You have written the expressions on the clock. You have cut out your clock and mounted it on construction paper. You have colored your clock Hello, we dont want 142 white clocks! ;-)

    Station #2 Finish & Check Answers for Prime Factor Chart


    You have completed your Prime Factor Chart, #1-100. You have used the answer key to correct your chart. You have made a HUGE mental note to seek more help on prime factorization, if needed. You have filed this safely in math notebook (fold in half and tape one edge down).

    Station #3 Watch video on iPad about GCF


    You will need your notebook open to a new notes section. Title it Greatest Common Factor - GCF and go put this in your Table of Contents. Using the iPads and headphones watch the 3 minute GCF video. o Find the video by going to our class website home page and clicking on Class Blog. Record essential notes from the video. o Essential = information that you will need to know to solve a GCF problem on your own. o You can pause, rewind, or replay whenever you need to.

    Station #4 Practice finding the GCF of two or more numbers


    o o o You will find four practice questions on the Class Blog, as well. Complete these four questions in your math notebook. o Do this directly under your notes, in a new section, titled Practice. Ask Mr. Bowdoin for the answer key to these questions, to check your work.

    Station #5 Use iPad to create your own video


    Goal: Use the educreations app to record a video showing how you solved one of your questions from station #4. o Extension (Ninja Mastery): Change your math problem into a story problem. To save your videos use the class login information below: o Set the video as PRIVATE o Email: [email protected] o Password: lpms6th o Use a title that has your FIRST & LAST name GCF by Dan Bowdoin (example)
