Shadow Pit (影ピット Kage Pitto) is an enemy in Kid Icarus: Uprising solely appearing in Chapter 21: The Chaos Vortex. They are illusory copies of Pit, created in large numbers by the Chaos Kin to guard the Chaos Vortex. These doppelgängers possess all the abilities of Pit himself and are armed with one of four weapons—a Blade, a Palm, a Cannon, or Orbitars. They may seem formidable, but have fairly low health, and they can be defeated with ease.

Shadow Pits are rare enemies that only appear in a small portion of the aerial mission in Chapter 21.
Idol Description
Created by the Chaos Kin, these illusory copies of Pit possess all of Pit's abilities and four of his weapons: blades, palm, cannons, and orbitars. Yet they lack Pit's blessings and experience in battle.
Trivia
- Unlike Dark Pit, a Shadow Pit has more in common with Dark Link from the Legend of Zelda series, who is likewise an evil clone of Link as both have a completely black color scheme highlighted by glowing red eyes.
- Shadow Pits are the only enemies the Chaos Kin makes that are not from someone else's army.
- Unlike Pit, Shadow Pits can fly on their own, despite lacking the Power of Flight.
