America's First Daughter

This is an entertaining, well-written, thoroughly researched, historical fiction novel which is based on actual people and events. Thomas Jefferson's daughter, Patsy, was an intelligent, strong, loyal and devoted woman, and her story is both heartbreaking and inspiring. The authors' note is interesting and informative, and is truly appreciated. I listened to the audio book, and the narrator, Ms. Cassandra Campbell, did an outstanding job voicing the characters.

Thanks so much for commenting, Joe. I also appreciate a well researched novel, and especially like when the authors include in their notes where they have used their imagination!

Great review! I’ve got this one on my shelf but have yet to read it. Looks like I’ll have to bump this one up my TBR list!
