I've just finished reading the first 4 books in this series.

Now the wait for book 5 begins. I'm excited 😊

This series is not perfect. I need to say it. My eyes have done a rolled once or 20 times.
I still recall in book one the same word used twice in the same sentence and I was like "no one saw this?" 🙃 It needs editing, it would benefit from taking more care in building some scenes and characters. Is like a sopita, all the ingredients are there but it needs time to cook. Dejen q esos sabores se junten, q las papitas se pongan blanditas, q ese caldo espese. Let it cook.

But...the potential is such!

Reminds me of a few big names in their early days. But Ilona Andrews is the name that comes to mind first. I started Kate Daniels more than a decade ago and I recall the "I see the potential of greatness here" and book by book the good not only got better, they became part of the reading piles of many readers, specially UF readers.

So yeah, I think I will stick around and watch this one.
