I feel like Methos writing style gets better with each book in this series! I enjoyed the characters in this one, and reading from the criminal's perspective while the crime took place was a different approach. That was really entertaining for me, as the reader. The biggest takeaway from this story... Don't do drugs! Specifically: LSD. Geesh, that sounds like one terrifying experience.
