When I was 16 a girl in our Sex Ed class asked the teacher "can you get pregnant from giving a blow job?" we all laughed and looking back now it's kind of cute. Do you know what isn't cute though? A 30 year old woman not knowing one fucking thing about sex. Referring to sex as "The Sex" and calling her virginity her "maiden head" *vomit*.

Honestly, just reading that phrase makes me feel sick haha
I felt the same about this, and I read v-card heroines almost exclusively. No 30 year old woman is this clueless. She should have made her a more appropriate age rather than try to shoe-horn her into a box that didn’t fit because the author prefers older heroines. It didn’t make sense, so instead of being funny it was just a cringe-fest. 😬

At least if she was a 30 year old virgin have her be clued up. I mean even before I had sex (waaaaaaaay back now haha) I read teen mags and snuck reads of my mums Cosmo mags which had the filthy "tear to open" sections with all the wild sex positions in them (I mean maybe I was just a pervy kid though?)
EXACTLY !! Is she Amish? Has she never watched television or a movie? I mean, her best friend is a professional sport dude... she is around other adults. She wasn't kidnapped as a toddler and living in a off-the-grid commune. I was a sheltered kid, and I knew that tab A goes in slot B.... she's never flipped through a romance novel in all her 30 years?? ...and yeah, Cosmo. duh. hahahaha Just all around ridiculous.
