This was so much fun! I'm not familiar with Cajun dialect, but thanks to a handy guide at the beginning, I was able to get the hang of it without too much trouble. I'm blown away by the author's ability to stay true to the story, the dialect, and the rhyme and rhythm through such a long stretch. So creative!

Loraine I have several versions of the Three Little Pigs that I would read to my first graders. Since I taught in Texas, the kiddos could identify with this one.

That's great! Three Little Pigs was a staple of my childhood; I grew up with first my mom, then myself making up variations on it for younger siblings and friends. It was never the same story twice! But we never got nearly as creative as this! :D
