Oh! The risk of re-reading...
I undoubtedly loved this series when I first read it 5 years ago, however my reading preferences have either evolved or changed since then.
This trilogy could have been a duet, I found it very long winded, especially the third part - which was a burden to finish.
The single pov was monotonous tbh, since it was told by Bianca throughout this series.
The sex scenes were so many and some farfetched, I started skimming after a point. I had no more tolerance.
Stephan, Bianca’s best friend, was a fantastic character and I liked him a lot. Their bond was amazing!!
There was a time I did enjoy this genre (either erotica or bdsm) but it’s not for me anymore... 🤷🏻♀️

Sometimes change is for the best -- change is a good thing! I read the first book and gave up on finishing this series. The older I get the more particular I'm getting and I think this is the year that I'll make some big changes in my choices in reading material -- certainly in the content.
I hope the next reading will be better 🫶🏻
