it was amazing

I really liked Daniel and Mandy! And I thought this book had lots of great secondary characters, too.

Daniel and Mandy spent a summer playing together as children and they have never forgotten each other. And it's a good thing for Daniel that Mandy had lots of great memories of him as a child because he did not make a good impression when she reconnects with him as an adult! Daniel knows that Mandy is the right woman, but the timing is completely wrong. He is in the middle of a couple of lawsuits and has signed contracts and can't disclose why he is acting a certain way. By the time all the legal issues clear up and he's free to pursue her, a lot of bridges have been burned... But thankfully they both have best friends who aren't afraid to meddle!

I hope we get more of Colin's and Candace's stories, too!

Julie Carpenter This was a fun read. I'm excited because the author is going to write stories about Mandy's roommates starting with Candace!

Alisa I'm so glad because I loved Candace (and Colin)!

Julie Carpenter Yes!!! She said she had so many comments from readers about how much they loved Candace and wanted her story and the roommates that she decided to turn it into a series. I believe she decided to call it something like the Friday Night Art Society -or Club- (I think-going off of memory here).
