it was amazing

Where do I begin? I didn't quite know what to expect when I sat down to read this book. The fun and funky cover seemed fun, but the story beneath it grabbed my heart and pulled me into two different eras. In the sixties, I fell in love with Peter Lane whose passion for music and love of life were slowly stepped on and nearly snuffed out by a very evil music producer. Thank goodness for Jane! Peter's love for Jane saved him, quite literally, from losing himself, even beyond the veil. In present day, I completely empathized with Rosalyn. Any woman who has been kicked in the teeth by love, experienced heartbreaking loss, will instantly align with her. And then there is Niles....incomplete, yet complete, and in between both Peter then, and Rosalyn now. Wow! I laughed. I cried. I wanted more. And I loved all the music that scored this epic love story of soul mates, and ultimately, redemption. This is a must-read!
