Hi Christine,
I wrote about our collective journey through life--the decisions we make or don't make, and how our decisions chart our way. Though I used myself as an example to demonstrate my points, my hope was and is that readers reflect upon their own lives, their own decisions.

We all deal with tragedy, loss, fear, sorrow....and when we're facing those hurdles, we all try to find our way. I dealt with some difficult obstacles (domestic violence, my daughter's sexual abuse), but others have equally devastating trials (death of a loved one, severe medical difficulties, and so much more).

For most of my life, I thought I was alone. I'm come to realize that we are never alone. And, that realization opened the door to the extraordinary.

All the best to you,
Gwen

I didn't climb the mountains in the picture, but I travel to them in my dreams. I can look at this scene and disappear into the misty wonderment.

I mention the above because Robbie Cheadle has a poetry chal Read more of this blog post »
