I'm delighted you enjoyed the letters of Things We Didn't Say! The Lines Between Us has a prologue, epilogue, and several snippets of letters throughout, but most of the book is more traditional narrative. The Lines Between Us has more of a historical mystery plot line, which would have been *very* hard to pull off in epistolary style...but I will admit that the letters at the beginning and end were among my favorite parts to write.(less)

“I have found that books make fine friends--but fellow readers even better.”
Amy Lynn Green, The Blackout Book Club

“Sometimes showing grace breaks us before it heals us. Forgiveness can feel like a betrayal of justice. We want others to deserve grace, or at least ask for it, even knowing full well that the greatest grace was extended to us "while we were still enemies.”
Amy Lynn Green, Things We Didn't Say

“Wasn't that one purpose of stories? The best ones might be about good and evil in fictional lands, but they were meant to help people recognize them in the real world. And maybe even teach them how to respond with wisdom and courage.”
Amy Lynn Green, The Blackout Book Club
