Mary Sullivan Esseff is a writer and publisher (ESF Publishing) of her books of fiction, proprietary professional training materials, online journal author and software creator. She is publishing "Wedding Tales, Book One, Love's Journey" in May 2015. This is the sequel to "The Butterfly & The Snail".

Mary holds an AB degree in English Literature from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, PA and a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from The Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.

A sequel to The Butterfly & The Snail, it answers the question that many readers asked: "What happened to Khalil?" At the end of the B&S, readers didn't now whether Khalil went to Lebanon to follow a career decision or left the Jesuits to follow his heart.

Wedding Tales tells not only the continuing saga of Khalil Khoury and Rebecca Butler, but also looks back into the lives of their ancestors and why they immigrated to America. Readers experience the journey that Khalil's father, Jhidius, went through when living in Lebanon during the 1890s. Readers who came to love the fortitude and courage of Rebecca will discover from whom she inherited those traits: her grandmother's grandmother, Katarina Kringle, who overcame all odds to make a new life for herself and her family.

Both books are filled with humor, romance, intrigue, murderous villains and deep spirituality.

If you haven't read The Butterfly & The Snail, it is a good idea to read it now, so you'll be up to speed when you pick up my next book in the series: Wedding Tales, Book 2, Vows, which will be out in the spring.
