Structure of this Book
This book is simple to use.
Chapter 1 answers the question: Why Coaching?
Chapter 2 describes what Coaching is not. It discusses main problems with the various Coaching descriptions.
Chapter 3 gives an overview of what Coaching is.
Chapter 4 describes a variety of practices in a Coaching toolkit in order to approach each situation and individual differently.
