What our readers think
Readers find this title to be a sweet romance with a fast-paced plot. The characters are beautiful together and the premise is awesome. However, some readers feel that Harry is too sensitive to be a cop and that the ending is a bit anticlimactic. There are also a few editing issues with the audiobook, with repeated phrases. Overall, it is a quick and easy read that can be enjoyed on a weekend.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/57 time this year. Loved it each and every time!!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I really enjoyed the story!
However there seemed to be some editing issues with this audiobook, a few phrases would repeat, it happened quite a few times - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I liked it a lot. Not nearly enough sex for me. It's actually a really sweet romance. Complaints would be that Harry is too "sensitive" to be a cop. Also, the names Harry and Arthur? Are they 80!?!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I love the plot of Arthur throwing away everything for Harry and running away. The story is pretty fast paced and rarely gets boring.
I am not a fan of romance stories where one of the love interests are completely useless in nearly every situation, unfortunately that's how Harry is in the book.
The last few chapters confused me, and I felt the ending was a bit anticlimactic.
Also I counted like three different times where the narrator repeated the same line twice, but it wasn't edited out. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5it was short but quite interesting... Though there wasn't much action but still a book to indulge yourself on a weekend.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Quick, easy read. Enjoyed the characters and how fast moving the story went. Some sentences repeated but overall decent
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Great story. I love IMTs books I just wish they were longer. I want more sex and more drama lol. This was an awesome premise and the characters were beautiful together.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Eh, it was just plain stupid, but not in the funny way. Dumb plot, characters without personalities. Even the sex was nothing extra. Only good was the narrator, he really tried, but the book was just too bad.
