Sundays in my City: C of C Basketball

Last night, Wayne and I had a date night at the C of C Cougars last basketball game of the season.  It was a thrilling game, which unfortunately we lost... but I got a night out without kids so any outcome was a win for me.

Sundays in the City: Toronto Harbour

This week's photos come from our trip to Toronto - this is an annual pilgramage to visit friends and family, and for Liam, it also includes an adventure on the Toronto Transit System.  This time their adventure took them to the Toronto Harbour. This week at Liam's school, all thirty or so special needs kids put on a play!  These kids have a variety of needs, some developmental and some physical, but all had a part to play and it was wonderful!
The drama teacher works with the kids all year and develops a brand new play, written especially for them! This year it was called the Pirate Prince and was absolutely amazing!
Our thanks to all of the teachers, assistants, therapists and special area teachers who helped make this possible!
