Solar Car

Durant ces dernières années, il y a eu un intérêt considérable pour les énergies renouvelables et plus particulièrement l’énergie photovoltaïque. La consolidation de cette dernière avec le domaine d’automobile va créer une grande évolution dans le domaine des transports.
Ce projet porte sur la réalisation d’un véhicule solaire, commandé à distance par Bluetooth, avec une  analyse globale sur le principe de fonctionnement des panneaux photovoltaïques, et la conception détaillé du prototype réalisé. De plus, on a fait le dimensionnement et la réalisation d’un hacheur commandé par Arduino avec un système MPPT, afin de suivre le point de puissance optimale du module photovoltaïque, pour améliorer le rendement de notre système.



During these years, there is an interest for the renewed energy, especially the solar energy. The consolidation of this field with the domain of automobile will create a big revolution in the forum of transports.
This project comprises the realization of a solar vehicle controlled on distance by Bluetooth, with global analyses about the basic function of the solar panel, and a detailed conception about the prototype realized. Besides, the job realized in this project pivots around the optimal use of the solar energy for that reason we worked with the DC-DC converter, that’s why a study detailed was necessary of the structure of the converter, which is an intrinsic system depend a lot of parameter.

The cooperation of around 200 countries agreed on climate with goal of keeping global warming below 2°C in the
COP21 known as 2015 Paris Climate Conference held in Paris in year 2015. Many conditions were imparted on developing
countries like India to reduce emission of Carbon Monoxide (CO). Therefore use of renewable energy has become great option
to reduce CO emission with zero harm to development. Renewable energy is becoming more important for today’s world because
the non-renewable energy sources we use are going to be exhausted in near future. Solar vehicles are the step towards
conserving conventional energy sources. The use of electric energy which is stored in battery during and after charging from
solar panels is the key principle of solar vehicle. This idea will help in saving our fuels from being terminated as well as
controlling global warming. This paper gives a review over this technology. Functionality, efficiency, key principles, advantages,
disadvantages and challenges of Solar Electric Vehicle are discussed in this paper.
