Dr. Mehmet KAYA ______________________________________________________ Nüzulünden günümüze Kur'an farklı metotlarla tefsir edilmiştir. Sufiler de Kur'an'ı kendilerine özgü işârî yöntem ile yorumlamışlardır. Tasavvufun zühd döneminde Kur'an kulun acziyeti ve Allah'a yakınlık gibi konular ekseninde yorumlanırken İbn Arabî (ö. 638/1240) ile birlikte bu yorum biçimine vahdet-i vücut düşüncesi ve bazı felsefî söylemler dâhil olmuştur. İşâr3i tefsirde dönüm noktası olan İbn Arabî'den itibaren bu tefsir yöntemi, işârî sûfî ve nazarî sûfî tefsir olmak üzere iki kısımda incelenmiştir. İbn Arabî ekolünün en önemli temsilcilerinden biri İranlı mutasavvıf ve âlim Abdürrezzâk Kâşânî (ö. 730/1330)'dir. Kâşânî'nin söylemlerindeki benzerlik onun nazarî sûfî tefsirin en önemli eserlerinden olan Te'vîlâtü'l-Kur'ân adlı eserinin İbn Arabî'ye nispetle şöhret bulmasına neden olmuştur. Kâşânî'ye âidiyeti şüphe götürmeyen bu eserde müfessir ayetleri ağırlıklı olarak nazarî sûfî metotla yorumlamaktadır. Vahdet-i vücûd anlayışının hâkim olduğu eserde ayetlerin yer yer işârî sûfî ve zahiri yöntemle de tefsir edildiği görülmektedir. Bu eserde Kâşânî'nin hayatı ve ayetleri yorumlarken başvurduğu yöntemler ele alınacaktır.

Dalam studi keilmuan Islam klasik, tafsir Al-Qur'an, selama ini bersifat single tradition, belum dihubungkan langsung dengan realitas sosial serta problem-problem kemanusiaan. Teks kitab suci dihadirkan menjadi pusat dan sekaligus pemegang otoritas. Dengan demikian, yang berkuasa menyelesaikan problem-problem kehidupan masyarakat adalah teks. Problem sosial, politik, ekonomi dan kemanusiaan, selalu dikembalikan pada teks kitab suci. Kerangka berpikirnya bersifat deduktif yang berpangkal pada teks. Akhirnya, tafsir cenderung bersifat teosentris dan bahkan ideologis. Tafsir pun tercerabut dari persoalan-persoalan kemanusiaan riil yang dihadapi umat manusia. Tuhan menjadi lebih penting untuk dibela, sementara manusia tetap dibiarkan sengsara.

ومن العلماء العباقرة وورثة الانبياء الذين ظهروا فى الهند من سلك طريق العلم فداسه وطحنه فشبعوا الناس من علومه وافادوا من أسرار علومه وانواره التى سبكت يد افكاره من الايات الشريفة والاحاديث النبوية غرائب النكت. وفسر الآيات الحكيمة وشرح الاخبار العظيمة مروية عن سيد أهل الأرض والمساوات . وهو الذي تلمذ عنده سلطان زمانه السلطان اورنك زيب  رحمه الله و الذي تفرد بعلومه المتنوعة  وعقوله المتحيرة وهو المحقق  المدقق المحدث المفسر الصوفي العلامة ومولانا الشيخ احمد بن ابي سعيد الاميتهوي الشهير بـ"ملا جيون" رحمه الله. صاحب "نور الانوار في شرح المنار" المشهور بين العلماء الأجلاء المدخول في الدرس النظامي في أصول الفقه الحنفي. علاوة على ذلك قد فسر رحمه الله الآيات الشريفة التي تستنبط منها الأحكام الشرعية التي تبلغ نحو خمسمائة من الآيات القرآنية وسماها " التفسيرات الأحمدية عن الآيات الشرعية".
فهذه المقالة تبين إن شاء الله نبذة عن حياة المفسر المحدث احمد ملا جيون رحمه الله وعن تفسيره و اسلوبه فيه وطريق استدلاله بالآيات القرآنية في اثبات المذهب الحنفي بمدلولاته مع تحليل و تنقيد بأنه قد فسر القرآن على طريق الفقه وتأييدا لمذهب أبي حنيفة النعمان بن ثابت الكوفي رحمه الله.

This paper attempts to explore the deception and tactic of Satan in deceiving human being. As known, the enmity between Adam and his descendent with Satan will exist until the Last Day. Satan has promised to mislead human being from the straight path. Human being should know the cunning strategies of Satan in order to protect themselves from it. Therefore, it will be explained the details in this paper.

This paper examines affective structures and power formations that are constructed , maintained or contested when the significance of the sexual imagery of paradise in the Qur'an is divided into sensual and spiritual. I take a fictional story by Mohja Kahf as an example of a Qur'an commentary that centres gendered and embodied experiences in the text, and contrast it with Muham-mad Abdel Haleem's commentary, who views the sexual rewards of paradise as allegorical. Using affect theory, I will argue that allegorical interpretations limit the affective efficacy of the sensuality of the text to their symbolic function, associating spirituality with a disembodied, hence transcendent masculinity. Kahf 's exegesis, however, shows that affect and meaning are not pre-given, but produced in interaction with the text. I will conclude that configuring the text as sensual or spiritual is not due to any intrinsic or predetermined content, but a product of power relations.

The Quran is basically a book of guidance. Its main objective is to guide the humanity in this life. The author in this paper has attempted to identify the approaches one can take to achieve this objective.

The author suggests that the engagement with the Quran should be a lifelong avocation for Muslims. He has identified five approaches namely: daily recitation, listening to a Qari, reading with understanding (contemplation) on a regular basis, taking a holistic approach in matters of belief (aqidah) and worship (ibadat), and an intent driven approach for social issues (muamlat).

Recitation could work as a sound therapy. It could generate emotional response and altered mental and physical state in the reciter and could be therapeutic. Listening to the Qira'a in a beautiful rhythmic tone is a form of focused awareness type of meditation called sound meditation. It could generate binaural beats, which could lead to states of deep relaxation or meditative trance like state. A perpetual reading with understanding can raise a person's rank in knowledge. Depending upon ones schedule and intellectual level, he can pursue one or more of these approaches.

İslam geleneğinde Nasihatname türü eserler önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Osmanlı döneminde ahlaki seviyeyi yükseltmek için çokça kaleme alınan bu eserlerin birçoğu toplumun geneline hitap eder üslupta yazıldığı gibi yer yer yöneticiler ve mutasavvıflar gibi belli kesimlere yönelik olarak da kaleme alınmıştır. İçerisinde daha çok ahlaki ve sosyal meselelere değinilen ve yazıldığı dönemin ahlaki durumu hakkında da bilgi veren bu eserlerin geçmişi hicrî ikinci asırlara kadar uzanmaktadır. Bu eserlerde ahlaki esaslara değinilirken çoğunlukla ayet, hadis ve kelâmı kibarla istişhat edildiği görülmektedir. Osmanlı devleti döneminde de çokça nasihatname türü eserin yazıldığı bilinmektedir. Bu eserlerden birisi de Osmanlı Devleti’nin sekizinci şeyhülislamı Zembilli Ali Cemâlî’ye ait olan Risâletü’n-Nasîhat’tır. Zembilli, kendisinden önce yazılan nasihatname türü eserlerde olduğu gibi ah-lakî öğütlerini ayetler, hadisler ve kelâmı kibar ile zenginleştirmektedir. Zembilli’nin mezkûr risalede ayetleri ahlaki öğütler vermek amacıyla sufilere ait olan irfânî tevil yöntemiyle yorumlandığı görülmektedir. Kur’an ve sünnetteki emir ve yasakların uygulanma derecesine göre Allah’ın kişiye bazı açılımları bahşedeceği temeline oturtulan bu yöntemi Zembilli Ali Efendi de mezkûr eserinde uygulamaktadır. Biz bu çalışmada Aksaray’ın önde gelen dini ve siyasi şahsiyetlerinden olan Zembilli Ali Cemâlî’nin hayatı ile mezkûr eserindeki ayetlere irfani yaklaşımını incelemeyi hedeflemekteyiz.

(Surat Al-Fatihah) Surat Al-Fatihah merupakan Ummul Qur'an dan memiliki banyak nama. Dengan nama-nama sebagai berikut. 1. Al-Fatihah karena terletak pada awal Alquran. 2. Ummul Kitab atau Ummul Qur'an. Kata Ummu berarti induk, karena ayatnya mencakup tema-tema pokok. 3. As-Sab' al-Matsani. As-Sab' berarti mempunyai 7 ayat. Al-Matsani jamak dari mutsanna yang artinya dua-dua. Maksud dari dua-dua tersebut karena surat Al-Fatihah dibaca keras 2 kali pada rakaat salat tertentu. Ada juga maksud dua-dua karena berulang-ulang dalam salat atau kandungannya berulang-ulang dalam ayat Alquran yang lainnya. Menurut Syeikh Muhammad Abduh yang sesuai dengan hadis mursal bahwa Alquran turun menguraikan persoalan-persoalan: 1. tauhid yang sesuai dengan ayat 2 dan 5; 2. Janji dan ancaman sesuai dengan ayat 1, 3 dan 7; 3. Ibadah yang menghidupkan tauhid sesuai dengan ayat 5 dan 7; 4. Penjelasan tentang jalan kebahagiaan di dunia dan akhirat serta cara mencapainya yang sesuai dengan ayat; 5. Dan pemberitaan atau kisah generasi terdahulu diisyaratkan oleh ayat terakhir. Alasannya dapat diterima jika Al-Fatihah sebagai Ummul Quran tetapi ditolak jika dijadikan sebagai wahyu yang pertama turun. Ayat yang dapat dijadikan indikator bahwa Al-Fatihah bukan wahyu yang pertama turun adalah ayat ke-5. Kata "Kami" mengisyaratkan bahwa ayat ini turun setelah adanya komunitas Islam. Dan juga surat Al-Alaq ayat 1-5 membahas tentang kebahagiaan umat, yaitu dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan keikhlasan, bisa dikatakan setiap surat membahas pokok-pokok persoalan. Mengenai kapan dan dimana surat Al-Fatihah turun masih simpang siur. Ada yang mengatakan turun setelah surat Al-Muddatstsir, ada lagi setelah Al-Mudtstsir, Muzzammil dan Al-Qalam. Karena simpang siur ada yang mengatakan Al-Fatihah turun di Madinah dan dua kali turun yakni Madinah dan Mekkah. Ayat pertama : ِ ‫ِﻴﻢ‬ ‫ﺣ‬ � ‫اﻟﺮ‬ ِ ‫ﻤﻦ‬ ْ ‫ﺣ‬ � ‫اﻟﺮ‬ ِ ‫ﻪ‬ � ‫اﻟﻠ‬ ِ ‫ﻢ‬ ْ ‫ﺴ‬ ِ ‫ﺑ‬

This work is part of an ongoing legacy for my Sheikh, Sheikh Khalil Majdalawi (may Allah continue to preserve him), that is hoped will continue to be a source of good for him as long as Allah wills. It contains a commentary of the 67th chapter of the Qur’an, Surah Al-Mulk, by Sheikh Khalil. Despite the wide spread access of classical and contemporary commentaries on the Qur’an, the entirety of the book contains  only the explanation taught by the Sheikh. What is more, the translation of the Surah that is used throughout this text is also the Sheikh’s own.

It is intended  as a means to open the hearts of the readers to a world view wider than the materialistic world view we are so often stuck in. Perhaps one of the beautiful characteristics of this Surah is the way it balances between the physical and metaphysical and thus balancing the reader’s perspective between the spiritual and the mundane.

Within and throughout this Surah we are commanded to look at creation and ponder and reflect, to investigate and to study. This Surah is an invitation for mankind to look at the world around them and recognize the exactness and precision in which it was created. Along with this, it is a means of introducing the students to not only know God but also build a relationship of trust, reliance and turning our affairs over to Him.

Allah menciptakan manusia disertai akal yang ada padanya tidak lain agar manusia berpikir terhadap berbagai kejadian atau fenomena yang terjadi di bumi ini sehingga dapat mengenal berbagai macam tanda kebesaran Tuhannya. Allah melengkapi manusia dengan bakat dan pemahaman yang baik melalui akal tersebut yang memungkinkan manusia mengetahui kenyataan-kenyataan besar di alam raya ini. Fitrah manusia mukmin mengarah ke alam raya untuk mengungkap rahasia dan tujuan penciptaannya serta berakhir dengan memahami posisi dirinya di alam raya ini dan menentukan bagaimana ia harus berbuat dan bersikap di dalamnya.
Alquran sebagai kitabullah berisi berbagai tuntunan agama, pesan hidup, kisah-kisah umat terdahulu, dan sebagainya yang semuanya berfungsi sebagai pedoman hidup dan pelajaran berharga bagi kita. Sudah sepatutnya kita umat Islam mempelajari Alquran, bukan sebatas membaca, namun memahami isi demi isi dari setiap ayatnya agar pesan Tuhan dapat tersampaikan.

According to conventional readings of Q. 4:157, the Jews confess to killing Jesus. But the Qur'an rejects it, claiming that they did not kill Jesus and that someone else was crucified in his place.
In our reading of the same verse, we read the full opposite of what the traditional readings have translated. In our reading, the Jews do not appear to be honestly confessing. Their speech is full with sarcasm and mockery, therefore it is hardly a sincere confession. In effect, they use sarcastic rhetoric to mock their opponents' charge of being ‘killers of Jesus’. In addition, the Qur'an never says that someone else was crucified in place of Jesus. In sum, the Qur'an's recounting in v. 4:157 is entirely congruent with Christian and Jewish traditions.

Menyusui bayi merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting bagi seorang ibu yang baru melahirkan, karena disamping memberikan makanan yang bernutrisi tinggi dan sebagai makanan pertama bagi si bayi, juga merupakan kegiatan yang menumbuhkan dan memperdalam hubungan cinta kasih antara seorang ibu dengan bayinya. Syariat Islam secara khusus membahas tentang masalah penyusuan ini, yang mana persoalan ini kadang diremehkan oleh sebagian orang, sehingga mereka sembarangan saja menyusukan anaknya pada orang lain—dikarenaakan sang ibu tidak memiliki air susu yang layak untuk diberikan kepada anaknya, dan pada kenyataannya tidak semua ibu mampu menyusui anaknya secara langsung—tanpa memperdulikan akibat hukum yang terjadi dari penyusuan tersebut. Akibat hukum yang paling nyata dari penyusuan teman tersebut adalah bahwa ia dapat menyebabkan mahram antara saudara sepersusuan. Mengingat masalah susuan merupakan masalah penting, dalam makalah tafsir ayat ahkam ini akan dibahas penyusuan dan akibat hukumnya, serta status hukum menyusu dengan air susu yang diperoleh dari Bank ASI sebagai akibat dari kenyataan bahwa tidak semua ibu mampu menyusui anaknya secara langsung.

Öz Eleştiri bir insanın, bir eserin ya da bir konunun, doğru ve yanlış yanlarını göstermek şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Hemen her alanda karşılaştığımız eleştiri tefsir ilminde de karşılık bulmuş, sahabe döneminden itibaren birçok müfessir bazı yorumları sebebiyle eleştirilmiştir. İlk dönemde belli konularda yapılan eleştirilerin zamanla çerçevesi genişlemiş ve doğru tefsir için belirlenen kriterlere uymayan yorumlar eleştirilmiştir. Yorumları sebebiyle eleştirilen müfessirlerden biri de Süleyman Ateş'tir. Ateş'in, Yüce Kur'an'ın Çağdaş Tefsiri adlı eserindeki bazı yorumları özel çalışmaların yanı sıra Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı tarafından yayımlanan Kur'an Yolu tefsirinde de sıklıkla eleştirilmektedir. Ateş'e, yorumlarında tutarsızlık başta olmak üzere birçok sebeple eleştiri yöneltildiği görülmektedir. Biz bu çalışmada Kur'an Yolu tefsirinde Süleyman Ateş'e yöneltilen bu eleştirileri incelemeyi hedeflemekteyiz. Abstract Criticism is defined as showing the right and wrong sides of a person, a work or a topic. Criticism we have encountered in almost every field has also been met with the knowledge of tafsir and many commentators have been criticized since the times of the Sahaba. In the first period, the frames of criticisms that made on certain issues have been expanded and interpretation that does not comply with the fixed criteria and correct commentary. One of the commentators criticized for his comments is Süleyman Ateş. Some comments in the Yüce Kur'an'ın Çağdaş Tefsiri of Ateş are frequently criticized in the Kur'an Yolu commentary published by the directorate of religious affairs as well as other special works. It is seen that criticism has been directed against Ateş for many reasons, mainly inconsistencies in its interpretations. In this study we aim to examine this criticism directed at Süleyman Ateş in the Kur'an Yolu commentary.

Saya menulis artikel ini pada 28 Julai 2015. Petang yang damai itu, saya berbual dengan rakan-rakan seputar persoalan asas namun agak serius. Apabila hidup dikaitkan dengan agama, sisi manakah yang agama tidak memberikan hitam-putih, sebaliknya agama menanggapi ia dengan nilai dan prinsip agama. Agama tidak menyatakan haramnya bekerja misalnya. Dari pukul 8 pagi sehinggalah 5 petang. Kerja apa pun agama tidak kisah, asalkan tidak sesuatu yang telah agama putuskan sejak awal pengharamannya. Begitu juga dengan apa sahaja sisi kehendak manusia. Manusia diberi kebebasan melakukan apa sahaja. Sisi "harus" dalam agama ini ialah sisi "warna-warni" yang lebih luas dari sisi hitam dan putih dalam agama. Agama kelihatan sangat meraikan kehendak manusia yang manusiawi.

Özet:
Fecr suresinin 27. ayetinde geçen “Ey huzura eren nefis” ifadesinde hitabın kime olduğuna dair bazı tartışmalar mevcuttur. Buna göre hitabın, surenin insicamı dikkate alınarak müşriklere dönük bir hitap olması gerektiği savunulur.  Ne var ki bu görüş geleneksel tefsir literatürüyle uyuşmaz. Konuyla ilgili rivayetler hitabın mü’mine olacağına-olduğuna dair açıklamalarda yoğunlaşmaktadır. Temel problem insicamı bozduğu gerekçesiyle böyle bir anlama gidilmesidir. Kur’an’da her ne kadar belli bir ahenk olsa da geleneksel anlayış onu hiçbir zaman kronolojik bir yapı olarak algılamamıştır. Daha çok mushaf tertibi üzerinden bir anlayış geliştirmiştir. Zaten tenasüp ve insicam konusu müfessirin dirayet ve tutumuyla belirginleşen bir yapı arz etmektedir.

Some Evaluations About the Issues of Understanding  of 27-30th Verses of Fajr Surah
Abstract:
There are some debates on whom the statement of “ O tranquil soul” in the 27th verse of al-Fajr is. When considering the coherence of the surah it is discussed that the ones addressed here should be pagans. However such a comment is inconsistent with the traditional Tafsir literature. According to the reports on the subject, the statements centre on the fact that the addressing here is the believers. The main problem is that the aforementioned comment is preferred because it is claimed that the coherence isn’t provided if the statement is addressed to the believers. Although there is a certain harmony in the Qur’an, the traditional approach has never regarded it as a chronological structure. Rather, it has developed an understanding on the basis of mushaf arrangement. Moreover, the subject of coherence and integrity has a structure clarified by the comments and manner of the commentator.

Pekerjaan penyusun pada buku ini adalah: pada bab pertama penyusun mengumpulkan pengertian dari doa, serta apa saja keutamaan dari berdoa menurut al-Qur`an dan al-Hadits, dan terakhir kami kutip etika berdoa dari ringkasan kitab Ihya Ulumiddin. Pada bab kedua penyusun menyampaikan berbagai bentuk doa di dalam al-Qur`an, siapa saja yang berdoa di dalam al-Qur`an, apa saja tujuan dari doa-doa mereka, dan sengaja penyusun cantumkan doa-doa orang kafir di dalam al-Qur`an. Namun doa-doa orang kafir ini tidak penyusun masukan dalam tafsir ayat-ayat doa, karena doa mereka tertolak oleh Allah subhanahu wata’ala. Pada bab ketiga ayat-ayat doa yang telah kami kumpulkan, kami berikan tafsirnya yang merupakan copy paste dari aplikasi tafsir pada MS Word milik Lajnah Pentashihan Mushaf Al-Qur'an Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Penyusun tidaklah memiliki kompetensi apapun pada ilmu tafsir, sangat-sangat jauh sekali ilmu penyusun pada ilmu ini. Penyusun hanyalah orang iseng yang tidak memiliki kesibukan dan senang mengumpulkan tulisan orang untuk disusun sehingga mudah dibaca terutama oleh penyusun sendiri.

The issue of polygamy is considered controversial in the Arab and Islamic world, despite the presence of clear religious texts in the Quran addressing this matter. The nature of the relationship between men and women makes this issue significant. Polygamy is also closely related to social and gender issues that affect daily interactions among people. Human development, in light of globalization and cultural openness, has led to a social rebellion against many of the traditional norms surrounding polygamy. The controversy regarding polygamy remains unresolved, particularly in traditional and conservative societies. Many civil and cultural institutions that advocate for women's rights have rejected polygamy due to considerations of culture and equality. Meanwhile, scientific opinions on the matter have largely remained in the hands of clerical authorities, particularly jurists, as it pertains to Sharia

This paper will examine the issue of polygamy from various perspectives, utilizing a "renewal curriculum" known as "contextual reading" of the texts, which is considered a progressive approach to the science of Islamic jurisprudence. Additionally, I will provide a linguistic analysis of the Quranic texts that reference polygamy .
The Quranic texts on polygamy are surrounded by numerous interpretations based on linguistic, cultural, and social reasoning. Language plays a crucial role in how the text is read in different ways, while historical incidents provide another perspective on the issue. Furthermore, the verse related to a historical incident was revealed at a specific moment but has been understood intellectually from various angles .
Therefore, this research will address two key questions :
1 .Was polygamy permitted as a result of cultural or religious interpretations of the Quranic text ?
2 .Is polygamy compatible with social justice and equality in Islam ?

In the history of tafsir development, there is a certain moment where there are some interactions between the Qur'an and the Sufis. Epistemologically, Sufis have a peculiar characteristic in looking at the Qur'an. The Sufis thaught that the Qur'an has two dimensions, esoteric and exoteric. These two sides are one unity and can not be separated. Al-Ghazali has its own nomenclature to refer to the ẓahir and inner sides of the Qur'an. The esoteric and exoteric dimensions of the Qur'an in the term al-Ghazali are called 'ilm sadf and 'ilm lubāb. The process of crossing from sadf to lubāb involves the role of imagination in istiqāmah suluk ilā Allāh. Viewed from the perspective of epidemiological division ala Abid al-Jabiri, the epistemology of al-Ghazali include the category of 'irfānī. But in its development al-Ghazali made a dialectic between the epistemology 'irfānī and bayānī at the same time, although the nuances of irfānī still remain dominant. This research attempts to answer the problem of how the process of the dialectic epistemology of al-Ghazali and how its building style. This kind of dialectic is one of al-Ghazali effort to built the harmonization between sadf science which tends to bayānī with the science of lubāb which tend to irfānī. Clearly, the process of this dialectic can be seen in one of his works Ihyā' 'Ulūm al-Dīn. This research uses the qualitative method and includes library research. Abstrak: Dalam sejarah perkembangan tafsir, ada momen tertentu saat terjadi interaksi antara al-Qur'an dan kaum Sufi. Secara epistemologis, para Sufi me-miliki ciri khas dalam memandang al-Qur'an. Kaum Sufi memandang bahwa Qur'an memiliki dua dimensi, esoterik dan eksoteris. Dua dimensi ini merupakan satu kesatuan dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Al-Ghazali memiliki nomenklatur tersendiri untuk menyebut sisi ẓahir dan baṭin al-Qur'an. Dimensi esoterik dan eksoterik al-Qur'an dalam istilah al-Ghazali disebut dengan 'ilm sadf dan 'ilm lubab. Proses penyebrangan dari sadf ke lubāb ini melibatkan peran khayal dengan cara istiqāmah suluk ilā Allah. Ditinjau dari perspektif pembagian epistemologi ala Abid al-Jabiri, epistemologi al-Ghazali masuk dalam kategori 'irfānī. Namun dalam perkembangannya al-Ghazali melakukan dialektika antara epistemologi 'irfānī dan bayānī secara bersamaan, meskipun nuansa 'irfānī masih tetap dominan. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menjawab rumusan masalah bagaimana proses dialektika epistemologi al-Ghazali dan bagaimana corak bangunannya. Dialektika ini merupakan upaya harmonisasi al-Ghazali antara ilmu sadf yang cenderung bayānī dengan ilmu lubab yang mendekati 'irfānī. Secara jelas proses dialektika ini dapat dilihat dalam salah satu karyanya Ihyā' Ulūm al-Dīn. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan merupakan penelitian kepustakaan.

Tevhit mücadelesinin önde gelen şahsiyetlerinden biri olan Hz.
İbrâhim Kur’an’da ulü’l-azm peygamberler arasında zikredilmiş ve
Allah’ın kendisini dost edindiği belirtilmiştir. Kur’an’da insanlara imam
olduğu belirtilen Hz. İbrâhim’in, Allah’a olan teslimiyeti, imtihanlara
karşı sabrı, tebliğ metodunda başvurduğu akılcı yöntemi, ahlaki özellikleri ve duaları hakkında bilgi verilmiş, tefsirlerde ve onun hakkındaki
akademik çalışmalarda çoğunlukla bu yönleri ön plana çıkarılmıştır.
İnsani vasıfların bir başka varlığa aktarılması şeklinde tanımlanan ve
kısaca “İnsanbiçimcilik” kavramına karşılık gelen antropomorfik yorumlara İbn Arabî (ö. 638/1239) ekolünden gelen Abdürrezzâk Kâşânî
(ö. 730/1330)’nin Te’vîlâtü’l-Kur’an adlı eserinde sıklıkla yer verilmiş-
tir. Kâşânî’nin, çoğu zaman “tatbik” olarak isimlendirdiği bu tefsir yöntemini hem insanlar hem de diğer varlık ve olaylar için kullandığı, onları insana ait olan ruh, akıl gibi manevi özeliklerin yanı sıra kalp gibi
organlara ve çeşitli kuvvelere benzettiği görülmektedir. Kâşânî, hemen
her peygamberi ve onların hayatlarına ilişkin bazı unsur, olay ve onlarla ilgili bazı şahısları antropomorfik bir bakış açısıyla yorumladığı gö-
rülmektedir. Kâşânî’nin, bu yöntem ile Kur’an’da bazı kişi ve olaylar
üzerinden verilmek istenen mesajı kişileştirerek okuyucuya somut olarak aktarmayı ve elde edilecek faydayı artırmayı hedeflediği anlaşılmaktadır. Kâşânî, Kur’an’da imanı ve teslimiyeti ile öne çıkarılan Hz.
İbrâhim hakkında da bu tür te’viller yapar. Hz. İbrâhim’i, muvahhid-i
hakiki ve kutb-u nübüvvet olarak tanımlayan Kâşânî, onun akıl, kalp
ve ruhu temsil ettiğini belirtmektedir. Bu minvalde Hz. İbrâhim ile ilgiliolay, şahıs ve mekânları da bu bakış açısıyla yorumlar. Bu çalışmada
Kâşânî’nin, Te’vilâtü’l-Kur’an adlı eserindeki yorumları çerçevesinde,
Hz. İbrâhim hakkında süregelen literal çalışmalardan farklı olarak mutasavvıf bir müfessirin insanbiçimci bakış açısıyla ayetlere yönelik yaklaşımının ortaya konulması hedeflenmektedir.

Abstract
Anthropomorphıc ınterpretatıon of verses related to
abraham –qashani exampleOne of the most prominent figures in the struggle for tawheed
(unity of Allah) Ibrahim is mentioned in the Qur'an among the prophets of Allah, and it is stated that Allah has made him a friend. In the
Qur'an, Abraham's surrender to God, his patience against examinations, the rational method he applied in the method of notification, his
moral characteristics and prayers were given information, and in these
exegeses and academic studies about him, these aspects were mostly
brought to the fore. The anthropomorphic interpretations that correspond to the concept of human being are frequently mentioned in the
work of Abdurrezzāk Qāshani from the school of Ibn Arabi (d.
638/1239) named Taʼwīlāt al-Qurʼān. It is seen that Qāshani used this
method of exegesis, which he often called tatbik, for both people and
other beings and events, and compared them with the spiritual features such as the soul and the mind that belonged to human beings, as
well as organs like heart and various forces. Through this method, it is
understood that Qāshani aims to convey the message to the reader by
personalizing the message to be given over some people and events in
the Qur'an and to increase the benefit to be obtained. Qāshani makes
these kinds of ta’wils about Abraham, who is prominent in the Qur'an
with his faith and surrender. Describing Abraham as the true muwahhid-i haqiqi and qutb-u-nübüvvet, he states that he represents the
mind, the heart and the soul. In this respect, he interprets the events,
individuals and places about Abraham from this perspective. In this
study, it is aimed to put forward the approach of verse from an anthropomorphist point of view of a sophisticated commentator from the ongoing literal works about Abraham within the framework
of his interpretation Taʼwīlāt al-Qurʼān.

Since the time when the Qur’ān was revealed, it has continued to be the first guide for humanity on the way to the truth. The provisions and recommendations it contains are always put on the basis of wisdom, whether the reason is known or not. Almighty Allah, who informs man that He is closer than his jugular vein, surely knows all his weaknesses and hidden aspects better than His servant. In His orders and prohibitions, which He declared as a manifestation of His mercy, He takes into account these qualities of the servant and makes him responsible both materially and spiritually in accordance with his nature. It is possible to clearly see this effect in the Qur’ān that directly addresses human beings. Based on human feelings, thoughts and behaviors in its provisions, the Qur’ān is open to a psychological reading in today’s terms. Although there are partial examples in the past literature, it becomes more important to approach the Qur’ānic verses in the light of this science whose framework has been determined as of today. In fact, the formation of a school together with Psychology and Tafsīr is only a matter of time, but Süleyman Ateş, one of the contemporary interpreters, makes a valuable contribution to this understanding by taking a psychological approach to some verses in his tafsir book. In this study, an example of his approach will be presented and analyzed within the framework of the chapter of al-Baqarah.

Dilbilimsel tefsir Kur’an yorumunda müfessirin ilk başvurduğu ve de tarihsel açıdan en kadim yöntemdir. Mutezilî düşünce biçimini ayetler üzerinde uygulamayı hedefleyen bir tefsir olarak Zemahşerî’nin el-Keşşâf adlı eseri, bu özelliğiyle eleştirilse de barındırdığı eşsiz dilbilimsel yorumlar sebebiyle hemen her anlayıştaki müfessirin başvurduğu bir kaynak olma hüviyetine sahiptir. Bu özelliği sebebiyle üzerinde birçok muhtasar, şerh ve haşiye çalışması yapılmıştır. Keşşâf haşiyelerinden biri de Manisa İl Halk Kütüphanesi Manisa Akhisar Zeynelzade Koleksiyonu 45 Ak Ze 422 numaralı arşivde kayıtlı Cemaleddin Aksarâyî (ö. 791/1388)’ye nispet edilen Hâşiye ale’l-Keşşâf’tır. Yaptığımız araştırmada bu eserin, Beyzâvî (ö. 638/1286)’nin Envâru’t-Tenzîl’i üzerine yazılmış bir haşiye olduğunu ve de yazarının Cemâleddin İshâk el-Karamânî (ö. 933/1527) olduğunu tespit etmiş bulunmaktayız. Eserde ayetler dilbilimsel açıdan kelime anlamı, iştikak sarf, nahiv ve belagat ilmi açısından yorumlanmış, sıkça kelimenin irab farklılığına ve bu durumda ortaya çıkan anlam farklılıklarına değinilmiştir. Biz bu çalışmada Cemâleddîn Aksarâyi’ye nispet edilen Hâşiye ale’l-Keşşâf adlı eserdeki ayetlerin dilbilimsel yorumlarını inceleyeceğiz.

An Epistle with a Commentary on Q 17:1 (Āyat al-Isrāʾ) Doctor Umar Hamdan, Tübingen University Doctor Saleem Abu Jaber, Achva Academic College This study has two parts. The first, introductory, part consists of a biography of Abū l-Ḥasan Muḥammad b. Jalāl al-Dīn Abū l-Baqāʾ Muḥammad b. Jalāl al-Dīn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Bakrī al-Ṣiddīqī (898-952 AH / 1492-1545 CE), author of numerous books and essays on Qurʾānic exegesis, ḥadīth literature, Islamic jurisprudence, mysticism, invocations, praises of the Prophet, the Companions and holy times and places, and more. Our discussion focuses mainly on his exegetical activities. His compositions in this field consist of six works, two commentaries, one large and the other concise, and four epistles, three of which deal with a single verse (Q 33:72 [āyat al-amāna], Q 17:1 [subject of the current paper] and Q 44:10 [āyat al-dukhān]) and one that discusses verses that speak of the creation of Adam, Noah's Flood, Abraham's fire, and Solomon's wind, which are compared to the Four Elements (water, fire, earth and air). The second, main, part of the study, is devoted to a description of the epistle's text, the research method we used, and the significance of this epistle, in which al-Ṣiddīqī sheds light on issues concerning the verse in question and attempts to reconcile the various conflicting and contradictory traditions and utterances to which it has given rise.

إن العلامة الشيخ أمين أحسن الإصلاحى رحمه الله كان من أعلام الحركة الإسلامية فى شبه القارة الهندية، وقد هاجر إلى باكستان بعد الاستقلال سنة 1947م. وكان مفسرا كبيرا، وقد بدأ بتفسير القرآن الكريم باسم "تدبر قرآن"، وأكمل هذا التفسير في ثلاث وعشرين سنة، مدة نزول القرآن. وكان العلامة من تلامذة ترجمان القرآن الإمام عبد الحميد الفراهي رحمه الله ، ومن المعلوم بين أهل العلم أن الامام الفراهي كانت له مدرسة خاصة فى تفسير القرآن الكريم، فتفسيرالشيخ أمين أحسن الإصلاحي "تدبر قرآن" مما استفاده الشيخ من أستاذه الإمام. ومما يزيد أهمية هذا التفسير علاقته برجلين من رجال العلم والفكر، فاخترت هذا التفسير للبحث عن أسلوبه وعن مزاياه، وعن مدى علاقته بمدرسة الأستاذ الإمام.

Bu eleştirilerin yoğunluğu ve çerçevesi ise muhaşşîlerin tercihlerine bağlı olarak değişmektedir. 16. asır Osmanlı âlimlerinden Şeyhzâde Muhyiddin Kocevî (ö. 950/1543) Beyzâvî'nin Envâru't-tenzîl isimli tefsiri üzerine yazılmış en meşhur hâşiyelerden birini kaleme almıştır. Şeyhzâde'nin hâşiyesi Envâru't-tenzîl'in anlaşılmasında çokça faydalı olmasıyla öne çıkmakla birlikte eserde Beyzâvî'ye yönelik birtakım itirazlarla karşılaşılmaktadır. Şeyhzâde, dilbilim, inanç esasları ve fıkıh gibi çeşitli ilkeler çerçevesinde eleştiri ve kendi görüşlerini ortaya koymuştur. Tercihlerini bazı sebep ve delillerle temellendirmeye çalışmıştır. Tefsir hâşiyelerinde müfessirlere yöneltilen eleştiriler, bu eserlerin sadece tefsirlerin anlaşılmasına yönelik olarak değil, Kur'ân'ın sahih olarak yorumlanması noktasında da tefsir literatürünün önemli bir parçası olduklarını göstermektedir.

Özet
Bu çalışmada Erciyes Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi Öğretim Üyelerinden merhum Prof. Dr. M. Zeki
Duman’ın hayatı ve eserleri ele alınacaktır. Duman, yaşadığı dönemde ülkemizdeki tefsir
akademisyenlerinin duayenlerinden olmasının yanı sıra bir tefsir eseri kaleme alan ender ilim
adamlarından biridir. Duman, mezun olduğu ve o dönemdeki ismi Kayseri Yüksek İslâm Enstitüsü olan
Erciyes Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi’nde otuz yıldan fazla görev yapmış bu süre zarfında bugün bir
kısmı çeşitli İlahiyat Fakültelerinde akademisyen olan çok sayıda öğrenci yetiştirmiştir. 2009-2012
yılları arasında dekanlık görevini de icra eden Duman, fakültenin fiziki ve akademik altyapısının
güçlenmesine de önemli katkı sağlamıştır. Yazdığı eserlerde tefsir alanına ilişkin problemli konuları ve
sosyal sorunları aydınlatmaya odaklanan Duman, kendisini Fakülte sınırlarına hapseden bir
akademisyen olmamıştır. O, Beyânu’l-Hak tefsiri başta olmak üzere çeşitli eserleriyle toplumun
sorunlarına ışık tutmaya çalışmış bir ilim adamıdır. Kendi adındaki internet sitesiyle isteyenlerin bu
bilgilere kolay ve ücretsiz ulaşmalarını da sağlamıştır. Uzun yıllar boyunca haftanın dört günü çeşitli
meslek gruplarıyla yaptığı derslerle ve yurt içi ve yurt dışında verdiği konferanslarla sahip olduğu
birikimi halkla da paylaşmıştır. Naif bir kişiliğe sahip olmakla birlikte profesyonel olarak sporla da
ilgilenen Duman yardımsever kişiliğiyle ve bu noktadaki girişimleriyle de tanınmaktadır. Duman 10
Temmuz 2013 tarihinde geçirdiği trafik kazası sonucunda hayatını kaybetmiştir. Duman’ın eserlerinin
çoğu hayattayken yayımlanmakla birlikte bir kısmı vefatının ardından evlatlarının girişimiyle
yayımlanmıştır. Duman’ın tamamlayamadığı eserleri de mevcuttur. Biz bu çalışmada tefsir alanına
uzun yıllar boyunca hizmet eden ve çok sayıda eser kaleme alan Duman’ın hayatı ve eserleri hakkında
bilgi vererek onun ve eserlerinin tanınmasına katkı sağlamayı hedeflemekteyiz.

Prof. M. Zeki Duman and His Works
Summary
In this study, the life of Professor M. Zeki Duman who is a lecturer in the Faculty of Theology of Erciyes
University, and his works will be discussed. In addition to being one of the doyens of tafsir scholars in
our country during his lifetime, Duman is one of the rare scholars who wrote a work of tafsir. Duman
who graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Theology, whose name was Kayseri High Islamic
Institute at that time, has taught many students, some of whom are academicians in various Theology
Faculties today. Duman who also served as the dean between 2009-2012, made a significant
contribution to the strengthening of the physical and academic infrastructure of the faculty. Duman,
who focuses on enlightening the problematic issues and social problems related to commentary in his
works was not an academician who confined himself to the boundaries of the Faculty. He is a scholar
who tried to shed light on the problems of society with his various works, especially the interpretation
of Beyânu'l-Haq. He tried to help people reach this information easily and freely through his website.
He shared his knowledge with people through weekly meetings that were made four times a week with
different occupation groups and by conferences in Turkey and other countries. He was a tender￾minded person and did sports professionally. Duman was also known for his helpful personality and
initiatives on this issue. Duman passed away as a result of a traffic accident on 10 July 2013. Although
most of Duman's works were published in his lifetime, some of them were published on the initiative of
his children after his death. There are also some works that Duman could not complete. In this study,
we aim to contribute to the recognition of Duman and his works by providing information about his
life and works, for he has served in the field of tafsir for many years and wrote many works.

İnsanlar için yeryüzünde bir hidayet rehberi olarak gönderilen Kur'ân-ı Kerîm, müminlere yapmaları gerekenleri bildirdiği gibi uzak durmaları gerekenleri de haber vermektedir. Bunun neticesinde gerek dünyada gerekse âhirette elde edecekleri mükâfatları da ayrıntılı bir şekilde müjdelemektedir. Ancak bazı durumlarda yapılan iyi işlerin sanki hiç yapılmamış gibi bir hâle dönüştüğü, bunun da sebebinin kulların işlemiş olduğu birtakım olumsuz fiiller olduğu zikredilmektedir. İyi fiiller hem mü'min hem de kâfirlerden sâdır olabilmektedir. Kâfirler de hayır görünümlü ameller gerçekleştirebilmektedir. Ancak Kur'an'da birçok yerde inkârcıların küfrünün onların işlediği iyi fiilleri iptâlinden söz edilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın kapsamını ise mü'minlerin işledikleri sâlih amellerin karşı karşıya kaldığı boşa çıkma tehlikesi oluşturmaktadır. Kur'ân-ı Kerîm mü'min kulların sevaba müstehak amellerinin boşa gitmemesi için dikkat etmeleri gereken bu noktaları açıklamıştır. Bu durumun tespiti mü'minlerin amellerinin selâmeti açısından hayatî önem arz etmektedir. Çünkü farkında olmadan ilahi rıza dairesinden çıkma tehlikesi barındırmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmanın amacı da Kur'ân'ın bildirmiş olduğu bu sebepleri tespit edip açıklamak olarak belirlenmiştir.

The Qur'an mentions prophets as role model personalities. They are often introduced as role
model and leader models; brought human history to a civilized sense of well-being, illuminating the
dark roads. In the Qur'an, these pioneering and role model personalities, both themselves and the people
they grew up, were described as servants of the Rahman.
They introduce in the Qur'an, who walk modestly in the earth, when the foolish oness adress
them answer: peace, prostrate to their Lord, pray to get away from hell, do not be stingy, do not commit
adultery, divorce Allah, who are obedient to their Lord.The servants of the Beneficent are those who,
with their exceptional moral qualities, are now separated from each other, modern man who has lost
himself in the pond of the secular world, who has acted as ceberruth, stubborn, and stubborn against the
Lord, is the clearest answer that you have not come to live earthly world.These believers who have
added value to life with their beautiful morality and moral dynamics show how they will succeed in the
worship of the modern world with their moral prescriptions which will lead the youth of the modern
world, will be a role model to them. They also give a formula of how to reach the contemporary man
who does not try to find the most beautiful of the invitation style and finds it unfamiliar.They are
showing hope that the modern man who is writhing in the desire of despair, whose spiritual crises are
agitated, can not reach a certain calmness.In spite of all these, repentance and trustfulness are the key to
the establishment of a virtuous society by showing that people can be reached with forgiveness andtolerance.In this paper, we will try to find answers about how the model people of Islam will be around
the role model personalities of Rahman's servants.

The Qur'ân is considered as a monument of Arabic literature. Its verses contain religious and non-religious subjects. Since Islamic tradition takes it as a book to guide Muslims' lives, it needs to be understood clearly. In other words, one needs to understand thoroughly what Qur'an says about a certain topic in order to live accordingly. Some Qur'ânic verses are open to a simple lay reading. There are some verses, however, that need interpretation by specialsits.

قد نال إعراب القرآن اهتمام العلماء عبر جميع الأزمان، فهناك التفاسير الكثيرة التي أعطت العناية البالغة للإعراب في القرآن، فقلما نجد تفسيرا لم يذكر وجوه الإعراب الكثيرة أو الوجه المختار، وهناك كتب خصصت بإعراب القرآن، وقد استقصى الدكتور مي فاضل الجبوري كتب إعراب القرآن حتى نهاية القرن السادس الهجري فاستطاع أن يذكر خمسا وعشرين كتابا في رسالته العلمية. على رغم الجهود المستمرة عبر القرون، وعلى رغم حشد وجوه الإعراب الكثيرة والتوجيهات النحوية العديدة، فإن الحاجة إلى اكتشاف أقرب الوجوه في إعراب القرآن كانت ومازالت موجودة، ويدل على ذلك النقاش المستمر في كثير من المواضع في القرآن حول الوجه الصحيح المختار. والجدير بالذكر أن علماء الهند _ قديما وحديثا_ لهم إسهامات كبيرة في مجال النحو القرآني وإعراب القرآن كما نجد عند علماء العرب. وإن الآراء الجديدة التي تفرد بها علماء الهند في مجال إعراب القرآن تنال التقدير والتقييم كما تستحق عندما تعرض على أهل التخصص في المجال نفسه. عناية الإمام الفراهي بإعراب القرآن إن عبد الحميد الفراهي رحمه الله (1863__1930م) كان إماما عبقريا ومفسرا ملهما، وكان مؤسس مدرسة فكرية في دراسة القرآن وعلومه، وكان يمتاز بين علماء الهند بالتعمق الفكري والنظرة الثاقبة والاجتهادات القيمة في مجال القرآن وعلومه. وكانت له آراء قيمة حول النحو القرآني وإعراب القرآن. ويكفي هنا ذكر ما قاله العلامة السيد سليمان الندوي رحمه الله عن تبحره في القرآن وعلومه، يقول رحمه الله وهو يكتب التعريف عن كتابه "إمعان في أقسام القرآن": "وكان (الفراهي) رحمه الله آية من آيات الله في حدة الذهن وكثرة الفضل وسعة العلم ودماثة الخلق وسداد الرأي والزهد في الدنيا والرغبة في طلب مرضاة الله..... انقطع إلى تدبر القرآن ودرسه، والنظر فيه من كل جهة، وجمع علومه من كل مكان، فقضىى فيه أكثر عمره، ومات وهو مكب على أخذ ما فات من العلماء، ولف ما نشروه ولم ما شتتوه، وتحقيق ما لم يحققوه. فكان لسانه ينبع علما بالقرآن وصدره يتدفق بحثا عن مشكلاته. وقلمه يجري كشفا عن معضلاته".
