En la actualidad, los empresarios en el Perú se han visto en la obligación de utilizar estrategias que permitan crear valor en sus organizaciones y ser competitivos en un mercado cada vez más dinámico, utilizando dentro de estas estrategias, el servicio delivery que ha generado todo un cambio en la forma de interactuar entre empresa-cliente, cambiado el modelo de negocios de muchas compañías y teniendo como resultado beneficios para ambas partes. Este artículo analiza la ejecución del delivery en empresas significativas del medio, mostrando las principales características de esta estrategia y las ventajas de su aplicación.

Who is responsible for transparency? Reproducibility and software An increasing amount of modern research depends on software and computational power. It is a long time since most computer hardware was built directly by universities. Both personal computers and supercomputers are more easily bought from external providers. Researchers also use a wide range of software provided by commercial suppliers. Sometimes, commercial software becomes deeply embedded in the work of a discipline. Examples include SPSS 5 in the social sciences, MATLAB 6 in areas of engineering, and a substantial proportion of the software that underpins computational chemistry. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo revelar la existencia de sobrecostos en los servicios a la carga aérea que afecta la competitividad de las empresas de comercio exterior en Lima Metropolitana. La investigación alcanzó un nivel descriptivo y correlacional, basado en la realización de encuestas a una muestra de 119 individuos de una población total de 300 jefes de comercio exterior en Lima Metropolitana, que laboran en este tipo de empresas. La investigación nos lleva a concluir que existen serias diferencias en el modelo peruano de servicios a la carga aérea, que ocasionan que el receptor del servicio no intervenga directamente en la negociación de las condiciones de todo el servicio, debido a que la normativa peruana no define la responsabilidad del transportista hasta el punto de entrega de la mercancía al dueño de la carga, generando sobrecostos en el servicio a la carga aérea lo que influye en la competitividad de las empresas de comercio exterior en Lima Metropolita...

This article presents a vision for a scholarly communication research infrastructure for social sciences and humanities (SSH). The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the pressing need to access research outputs without the traditional economic and temporal barriers. This article explores the current scholarly communication landscape, assessing the reasons for the slower uptake of open access in SSH research. The authors discuss such frontiers as commercial interests, sources of academic prestige and discipline-specific genres. This article defines and discusses the key areas in which a research infrastructure can play a vital role in making open scholarly communication a reality in SSH: (1) providing a federated and easy access to scattered SSH outputs; (2) supporting publication and dissemination of discipline-specific genres (e.g. monographs, critical editions); (3) providing help with evaluation and quality assurance practices in SSH; (4) enabling scholarly work in national langua...

Open research represents a new set of principles and methodologies for greater cooperation, transparent sharing of findings, and access to and re-use of research data, materials or outputs, making knowledge more freely available to wider audiences for societal benefit. Yet, the future success of the international move toward open research will be dependent on key stakeholders addressing current barriers to increase uptake, effectiveness, and sustainability. This article builds on "An Agenda for Open Science in Communication," raising dialog around the need for a broader view of open research as opposed to open science through a deeper understanding of specific challenges faced by the humanities. It reviews how the multifaceted nature of humanities research outputs make open communication formats more complex and costly. While new avenues are emerging to advance open research, there is a need for more collaborative, coordinated efforts to better connect humanities scholars with the communities they serve.

Microarticles are short versions of scientific articles, without the need to add introduction and context. Its most important feature is that it can be updated even after its publication. We believe this will foster the Open Science culture, attracting new collaborators in order to improve the article significantly.
