At the beginning of the course, I started on doing the behavior change project, and through the "Evaluate Your Lifestyle" work sheet, it helped me to know which aspect I should hardly improve, and which one I should maintain to have a better health. After summed up the work sheet, my exercise aspect got the lowest score overall which was 3 over 10 points. Exercise is thought to be the closest thing that can against heart disease. It lowers CVD risk by helping to decrease blood pressure and resting heart rate, increase HDL levels, maintain desirable weight, improve the condition of blood vessels, and prevent or control diabetes. Women who accumulated at least 3 hours of brisk walking each week can cut their risk of heart attack and stroke by more 50 percent. Because of those healthy benefits, I began on walking on June 10 th and plan to reach my goal of 30-minute walking per day by September 24 th . I have devised my schedule into 3 mini goals in order to reach my final goals as the following:

Purpose-The central aim of this study is to incorporate two core personality factors (neuroticism and extroversion) in the job demands-resources (JD-R) model. Design/methodology/approach-It was hypothesized that neuroticism would be most strongly related to the health impairment process, and that extroversion would be most strongly related to the motivational process. The hypotheses were tested in a sample of 3,753 Australian academics, who filled out a questionnaire including job demands and resources, personality, health indicators, and commitment. Findings-Results were generally in line with predictions. Structural equation modeling analyses showed that job demands predicted health impairment, while job resources predicted organizational commitment. Also, neuroticism predicted health impairment, both directly and indirectly through its effect on job demands, while extroversion predicted organizational commitment, both directly and indirectly through its effect on job resources. Research limitations/implications-These findings demonstrate the capacity of the JD-R model to integrate work environment and individual perspectives within a single model of occupational wellbeing. Practical implications-The study shows that working conditions are related to health and commitment, also after controlling for personality. This suggests that workplace interventions can be used to take care of employee wellbeing. Originality/value-The paper contributes to the literature by integrating personality in the JD-R model, and shows how an expanded model explains employee wellbeing.

They describe a variety of fields in which these methods can be used for information exploration of health systems. Throughout this article, we discuss momentarily the effect of data analysis methods to clinical imaging, like computational models.

Method: A qualitative and exploratory-descriptive study developed in a municipality in the state of Paraná with professionals from the Family Health Support Center. Data were obtained by the Focus Group technique and submitted to the Descending Hierarchical Classification using IRaMuTeQ software. Conclusion: The permanent education practices developed by the professionals in the care provided to older adults occur at different moments of professional performance and are permeated by the practice.
