The study focuses on the impact of Internet banking on customer retention in CBE Nekemte District, Ethiopia. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of Internet banking on customer retention in CBE. Out of fifteen districts Nekemte District which has 64 branches up to March 31, 2015 was selected purposively, and from these branches seven branches were selected through lottery method.
Moreover, internet banking allows that doing banking transaction even after the regular banking hour. Internet banking is reliable, secure, trust, responsive and privacy maintained. As finding obtained from managers, since internet banking is on introduction stage some transactions such as top up and bill payments are not permitted.
Finally, there is positive relationship between internet banking and customer satisfaction, the factors affect internet banking services are reliability, security, responsiveness and privacy.
The bank should promote internet banking aggressively in order to aware the customer and permit top up, and bill payment accessibility. And also the bank reduces the gap that neutral, disagree and strongly disagree perception of customer. The industry should use fast enough system as compared to customers’ number. The capacity of network infrastructure should be increased.
Regarding to the delayed of transaction the bank should find solution by communicating with telecommunication corporation by maximizing the ADSL capacity.

Most studies on economic discourse have focused on benchmarking and internationalization of business firms and their economic effects and have neglected their role in the education institutions. The general apathy and neglect of the concept of benchmarking to align PhD and Doctoral program requirements needs to be verified by focusing on clear differences of PhD and ED.D which can be accepted internationally. While using the bench-marking model, this paper discusses findings accumulated based on case study analyses of graduate schools adaptations of international specifications and major characteristics and differences between PhD and Doctoral programs especially for International Graduate Students (IGS).

S-benzoyl mercaptoacetyltriglycine (S-Bz-MAG3) was synthesized and labeled with carrier-free 188Re. The overall yield of S-Bz-MAG3 is higher than those published in the literature. Dependence of the labeling yield of 188Re-MAG3 upon concentration of reducing agent, pH, reaction time, and other parameters was examined and optimum conditions were obtained. The labeling yield of 188Re-MAG3 was more than 98%. The concentration procedure was succeeded with Sep-Pak C18 column to obtain highly concentrated 188Re-MAG3. The experimental conditions of labeling of IgG with carrier free 188Re via S-Bz-MAG3 as a bifunctional chelating agent (BFCA) by pre-radiolabeling of the chelate was studied. The conjugation conditions were optimized. The stability of 188Re-MAG3-IgG in vitro was high. The results of this studiy may be useful for 188Re labeling of MAbs for radioimmunotherapy.
