Consisting of an ethical-legal process of collective deliberation, which is necessary for expression of the General Will as a historical-cultural phenomenon is the immanence condition that characterizes a dynamic dialectical movement that demands a social-economic formation that enables emergency values and practices, conducts and behaviors, needs and goals, and is based upon the common interest, to match him, converging to a form of self-determination that keeps possibility to promote overcoming the alienation of human capabilities in the context of socio-productive relations, namely, self-management. This social experience of " collective self-determination " , as noted in the article, involves both the political sphere and the economic sphere (work) and ends the notion that implies from the substantial equality (concrete) to the effective political participation, overlapping the marketing bias current economic and social organization and bureaucratic structure embodied by the state in the capitalist system.

In France, the reflection on ​ autogestion as a tangible sign of a new political culture is proclaimed by the former Catholic-inspired trade union in 1965. In the documents analyzed by Frank Georgi in CFDT ​ Archives​ , in fact, the idea of self-management as "last utopy" clearly emerges. This vision of industrial management, as a concrete sign of workers' control over production in the wake of the Yugoslav experience, assumed since 1968 the sense of the generalization of democratic control over political power. However, it's impossible to assume a single and unique definition for this word: precisely for this reason, it can be understood as an authentic interpretive prism for a consistent complex of social and political struggles. The proposed contribution intends to dwell on the weight of this vision in the transnational elaboration of a different political culture: an anti-totalitarian and progressive New Left, different by Communism. The contribution of workers' representative organizations is even higher than that of many political parties. This contribution, in particular, can be framed in a European dimension that many democratic and non-communist trade unions assume in the course of the 1960s. Autogestion, as workers' utopy in a post-industrial society, could be analyzed in the luster that prepares the Long Seventies with a twofold purpose. It's linked to two proposed elements in the outline of the Conference: it emphasizes the tools of the circulation of ideas, focusing in particular on the relationship between CFDT and Italian trade unionism (CGIL, CISL, ACLI), deeply analyzed through archival sources and magazines; also, it intends to offer an outline of the intellectual categorization of experiments to democratize and control the organization of industrial work based on ideas developed during ​ les années 68. The meaning of this second element is the reconstruction of the interpretative categories of these social organizations during Seventies.

Consisten en un proceso ético-jurídico de deliberación colectiva, lo que se impone a la la manifestación de la Voluntad General como un fenómeno histórico-cultural es la condición de inmanencia que la caracteriza en un movimiento dinámico-dialéctico que demanda una formación económico-social que posibilite la emergencia de valores y prácticas, conductas y comportamientos, necesidades y objetivos que, teniendo como fundamento el interés común, se corresponden, convergiendo hacia una forma de autodeterminación que permite la superación de la alienación de las capacidades humanas en el contexto de las relaciones socioproductivas, a saber, la autogestión. Tal experiencia social de autodeterminación colectiva, como señala el (artículo), involucra tanto la esfera política y el ámbito económico (trabajo) y encierra la noción que implica desde la igualdad sustancial (concreta) hasta la efectiva participación política, sobreponiéndose al sesgo mercadológico de la organización económico-social vigente ya la estructura burocrática corporificada por el Estado en el sistema capitalista.

Composé d'un processus éthico-juridique de délibération collective, qu'est-ce La manifestation de la volonté générale en tant que phénomène historico-culturel est la condition d'immanence qui la caractérise dans un mouvement dynamique-dialectique qui exige une formation économico-sociale permettant l'émergence de valeurs et de pratiques, de comportements, de besoins et d'objectifs qui, comme base de l'intérêt commun, s'ils y correspondent, converger vers une forme d'autodétermination qui offre la possibilité de promouvoir le dépassement de l'aliénation des capacités humaines dans le cadre des relations socio-productives, à savoir l'autogestion. Une telle expérience sociale de l'autodétermination collective, implique à la fois la sphère politique et la sphère économique (travail) et met fin à la notion qui implique une égalité substantielle (concrète) à une participation politique effective, surmontant le biais de marché de l'organisation socio-économique actuelle et la structure bureaucratique incarnée par l'Etat dans le système capitaliste.
