Attachment report

This report keeps track of the entire internship that takes place in the medical record and statistic analysis office of Suhum Government Hospital. Tasks performed involves getting familiar with different systems used in the reading room, medical record receiving office, statistic analysis room; getting familiar with medical record and computerized process, understanding electronic medical record; dealing with a large number of medical records sorted by department and patients' check out date; working in medical record room and statistic analysis room. A problem of current medical record receiving process is discussed, and scanning barcode solution is proposed based on health informatics aspect. In conclusion, objectives of this internship are basically met at the end of it, include using different systems, understanding data collecting and processing, experiencing the application of electronic health record and more. Future works need to focus on team working, multitasking, and bridging the gap between theory and practice.

The present essay is aimed at investigating how the attachment bond with the primary caregiver influences the development of eating disorders, in particular considering anorexia and bulimia nervosa. First, the essay describes the various constructs: eating disorders, anorexia, bulimia and attachment. Then, starting from the existing literature, it explains the influence of attachment on the eating disorders, stressing the importance of some mediating effects: transgenerational transmission of attachment, body and weight dissatisfaction, mentalization, emotional regulation, food rules and proximity-seeking. The essay shows that people with eating disorders have patterns of insecure attachment and different types of attachment are associated to different eating disorders: restrictive anorexia matches with avoidant attachment, purgative anorexia matches with confused attachment and bulimia matches with disorganized attachment.

Di dalam anggaran komprehensif yang telah disusun termuat di dalamnya laporan anggaran. Laporan anggaran (Budget Report) adalah laporan yang sistematis dan terperinci tentang realisasi pelaksanaan anggaran beserta analisis dan evaluasinya.
Apa saja jenis anggaran yang akan dilaporkan tergantung apakah aktiitas tersebut telah disusun rencana/anggaran atau belum. Bila suatu aktivitas telah disusun anggarannya maka pada akhir periode akan dapat disusun laporan anggaran.

I primi a utilizzare la teoria dell’attaccamento per comprendere il funzionamento dell’attaccamento adulto romantico sono Hazan & Shaver (1987). Il modello che hanno sviluppato è definito tripartito perché partono dal presupposto, in linea con Mary Ainsworth, che gli stili di attaccamento sono tre: sicuro, evitante, e ambivalente.
Successivamente, Kim Bartholomew, in un saggio del 1991, descrive un nuovo modello di stili di attaccamento negli adulti, chiamato modello quadripartito.
Bartholomew riprende la teoria di Bowlby sui modelli operativi interni, ossia afferma che il bambino ha due rappresentazioni concettuali: la prima riguarda l’immagine che il bambino ha delle altre persone, e può essere positiva o negativa, e la seconda riguarda l’immagine che ha di se stesso, che può essere positiva o negativa (Bartholomew & Horowitz, 1991).
La combinazione di queste due dimensioni dà luogo a quattro schemi di attaccamento.
Gli stili rappresentati da  K. Bartholomew sono prototipici, quindi una persona può identificarsi in misura maggiore o minore. I quattro stili di attaccamento individuati sono: Sicuro, Preoccupato, Distanziante e Timoroso. Il prototipo timoroso è dato da un modello negativo di sé e un modello negativo dell’altro.
Il mio lavoro di tesi si è incentrato principalmente sull’analisi delle varie caratteristiche dei soggetti con attaccamento timoroso nei vari contesti di vita e di psicopatologia.
La teoria dell’attaccamento considerata fornisce un valido modello per lo studio di processi legati a storie infantili di abuso e trascuratezza, per lo studio della depressione, dei disturbi di personalità.

This study examines the role of the Christian God as an attachment figure, using the attachment language criteria of a strong and enduring affectionate bond. Respondents were 15 anxiously attached Christian youths, purposefully selected for in-depth interviews to explore their God attachment language and God concepts. The results show how the respondents saw God as a target for their proximity-seeking behaviors, albeit conflicted in their relationship experience. They also used some form of metaphorical theology that represented God to them as either stronger or wiser, as a safe haven for security, or as a response to their internal conflict.

The aims of my project are to offer assistance to hoteliers and staff to manage room inventory, provide the inventory available to travellers online as a web application, increase reservations, solve manual management inventory, keep centralized data and speed transactions. There are few objectives in this project;

Here I outline answers to four questions: What are the possible meanings of various forms of affectionate verbal behavior including "I love X" and "I'm in love with X"? What contingencies might produce corresponding romantic love, in natural settings, between two particular persons? What resources are needed to put these contingencies into effect? What are some of the issues and concerns regarding implementing these contingencies?
