¿Por qué hay dogmas en la Iglesia? ¿Cuál es su utilidad, si es que tienen alguna? ¿No sería más sencillo y más liberador que no hubiera este "corsé", a veces experimentado de manera opresiva, en la vivencia de nuestra fe cristiana? En el artículo que presentamos, marcado por sus referencias históricas, se esfuerza el autor por hacernos ver, en primer lugar, el contexto en el que surgen los dogmas en el seno de la fe cristiana. Para, después, hacemos ver sus límites y su utilidad. Del dogma cristológico de Calcedonia decía Karl Rahner que no era un punto de llegada, sino un punto de partida. Y lo mismo podría decirse de todos los dogmas, atendiendo a su movida historia y a los caminos que pretenden abrir a la confesión y a la vivencia de la fe cristiana.

Albert Einstein's theory of relativity has been the subject of much debate since it was first published, given the problems and new perspectives it brought to physics and beyond. Here, however, it is stressed the relations and the analysis by the neo-Kantian philosopher Ernst Cassirer, who, in his discussion, recognizes the merits and defects of Einstein's theory, particularly concerning certain essential aspects such as the concepts of space, time, objects and truth, which will be extensively explored in this short communication through an exploration of the history of philosophy too, delving into these issues by elaborating other peculiar aspects that belong to Cassirer's distinctive thought, together with the historical development and origins of such theory.

"Un minuscule virus dans une ville ignorée de Chine a déclenché le bouleversement d'un monde". Cette remarque d'Edgar Morin, laisse sentir le caractère particulier de l'épidémie de Covid-19, un coronavirus qui, apparu dans les derniers mois de 2019, n'a cessé de nourrir l'attention et l'inquiétude d'un nombre considérable de commentateurs-journalistes, politiques, écrivains, philosophes - trouvant un écho retentissant dans l’état d’esprit du public. Ce phénomène mérite que l’on s’y arrête. En effet, l’émergence mondiale du Covid-19 s’offre comme un cas paradigmatique d’illustration de la relation étroite entre le savoir scientifique, les stratégies politiques, les discours sociaux, le sens commun, le vécu existentiel dans le rapport au risque et à la contagion.

An integral part of capital market is the stock market - the development of which is linked with the country\'s level of savings, investment and rate of economic growth. This article in all its potency, seeks to investigate the determinants of capital market development and its legal trends and challenges in the CEMAC zone. In this regard, it scrutinizes and provides further evidence on the relationship between capital market development and economic growth, using information from the CEMAC sub-region. Thus, from this, the findings obtain reveal that the initiatives of capital market development and capitalization can induce economic growth in the CEMAC countries. In this light, the perception and significance of the determinants of capital market development considered in this article, provides encouraging signals for the CEMAC countries to emulate and explore capital markets, as potential avenue for enhancing and expediting economic growth. More so, the incidence of corruption, rule of law and quality of regulatory framework are identified as the most important institutional frameworks that determine the attractiveness of African countries to the inflow of FDI. Therefore, the article suggests that there is need for the CEMAC countries to initiate viable and sustainable policies that are capable of improving the institutional environment, in order to enhance the effective and efficient development and performance of the capital markets, and ultimately, boost the attractiveness of the sub-region to the inflow of FDI and, thus, economic growth.

Resumen: La extensa producción arquitectónica de Mendes da Rocha resulta difícil de clasificar bajo el reduccionismo de los ‘ismos’ porque supone una revisión crítica y de síntesis de una modernidad replanteada. Se abordan tres aproximaciones al conjunto de su obra. Primera: la nueva tradición moderna de la arquitectura brasileña atendiendo a la implicación urbana de sus obras y a la escala de intervención (objeto, contexto, territorio). Segunda: la simbiosis entre arte y técnica desde una poética que tiende a la reducción de los elementos y a la simbolización de arquetipos. Tercera: la relativa al modo en que el maestro se enfrenta a las obras de intervención en el patrimonio recurriendo a una estética de la pobreza. Pocas, pero contundentes palabras: sencillez y humildad como atributos de la rotundidad.
