This project proposes the technique used to design and develop a Computer Numeric Controlled Laser Engraver and 2D Plotter (All in one machine). The specialty of this machine is that the user will change the tool easily whenever he/she wants to perform many operations such as engraving an object (Materials-Acrylic, MDF board, Foam sheets, etc.,) and also produce a 2D drawings for a particular object in A5 size sheet. Both laser engraver and 2D Plotter responds to G Codes which can be generated by the software. Frame of the machine and the working of the components will be based on the Cartesian type. It is a commercially viable and cost-effective machine.

"Wood engraving machine" is a machine used for woodworking in which Mechanical linkages connected in a manner based on parallelograms so that the movement of one object, in tracing an image, produces identical movements in a second object. Wood engraving machine is cost effective, exact scaling and can be used in present Modern age also. Here we are working on 2 Degree Wood engraving machine; via this we could engrave any design on wood.

The objective of thiss project is to develop a solution to custom laser engraving that is user friendly to operate. The proposed solution should also be able to execute its operation within a reasonable amount of time after the user has committed an image to engrave. This project incorporates a variety of different concepts that are found in the industry, such as but not limited to: motor controls, hardware communication, software integration, power systems, and laser control. Laser engraving machine is used to mark various pictures and symbols on different materials. The laser engraving setup is advantageous due to its low operational cost, lightweight, portability and easy-to-learn features. The paper fabricates a low cost rapid prototype laser engraving machine. The proposed setup has been applied to Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics (GFRP) composites, plastics, wood, cardboard, etc., to yield desired profile, contour, information and various drawings. Moreover, developed laser engraving setup has high precision and processing efficiency. Laser engraving technique involves color change of the surface due to thermal energy emerged by the laser beam. The simulation of this machine is done using Laser GRBL software. A 2.5 W diode laser is used to engrave the various materials. Various advanced software and hardware like Inkscape, MakerBase, GRBL controllers and microcontrollers are assembled together, further leading to the execution of the final engraving. Validity of the machine has been verified by performing dimensional, dependency and co-ordinate tests. Finally, pilot experimentation has been carried out on Cardboard composites.

In today's world, 3D printers are only available in science fiction stories but is now a real tangible product that is used to create objects. One who wants to make a 3D printer without spending 1000's of rupees is impossible. The inspiration for this project comes from the fact that 3D printer is really innovative and revolutionary idea but along with that they are very costly. This high cost limits the imagination of the ordinary people. The high-quality 3D printers come at a range of 65,000-1,40,000 rupees. It all starts with imagination of the object we want to create. One can create an affordable 3D printer by using equipment in their surrounding or probably at home which is the main aim of this project. The technology of 3D printing are often used to create imagination into reality, parts of the machinery of kit which aren't available within the market, prototypes of latest idea. Due to the price, this printing technology access to world is very limited but through this project there will be an increase in the access of self-made 3D printers with the unwanted scrap materials. In this paper along with 3D usage, we will also be using the same mechanism in order to create a sketching matching leading to the multipurpose view of a single machine with the help of an ATMEGA 328P microcontroller.

With the innovations in technology, Computer numerical control machines have revolutionized the machining processes. Modern industry uses the CNC Plotter not only for the reduction in production cost but also in saving the time and for increasing the profit and accuracy of the job. In this paper, we have discussed on how to make a low-cost Arduino based mini-CNC Plotter. Using a simple algorithm, a mini-CNC plotter can draw a layout of circuit on a PCB or any other surface of the solids. The control device for this project is an Arduino Uno with an ATmega328P microprocessor. To utilize Processing, the user must first use Inkscape software to convert any image file or any other text file into G code before Uploading it to the processor. G-code is converted by the microcontroller into a set of machine language instructions that are supplied to the CNC plotter's motor driver.

Now a day's technology is increased in rapid growth the usage and implementation of CNC system in industries and colleges but at greater cost. According to our idea on fabrication of compact and cheap cost CNC Engraver is introduced to reduce complexity, cost and man power. This paper discusse the design and implementation of two dimensional CNC router which can engrave 2D & Gray scaled images or pictures with help of high watt burning laser module on surface which can be a paper, wood, leather, plastic, foam. This paper proposes the technique used to develop a Computer Numeric Controlled Laser Engraver. The specialty of this machine is the user can modification the tool simply whenever he/she desires to perform several operations like an engraving object (Materials-Acrylic, MDF board, Foam sheets, etc.,) and conjointly turn out a 2D drawing for specific object in A5 size sheet.

Nowadays digital control technology is becoming more and more effective to run the machines like laser cutting machines and this is a machine very effective in the big manufacturing industry. This laser machine is used to cut the sheet with different gases like (oxygen and nitrogen and compressed air). The surface roughness of nitrogen gas cutting components is far better as compared to air cutting, this whole process is done by laser cutting in which material removal takes place through melting and vaporization of metal when the laser beam comes in contact with the metal surface. In this paper, the fundamental goal is to design and develop by laser cutting machine in different sheet metal material (like SS 304 and MILD STEEL). This laser cutting machine is controlled by the cypcut software. This software is applicable for both cutting and also small design components. This machine has better surface finishes and is easy to control the whole process plan to any type of intricate or regular shape components. This is very easy to work for the latest manufacturing trend.

In this project we are designing a low cost three axis CNC Plotter machine using stepper motor, Arduino Uno R3, micro controller software. The Software has been used to produce a G code for the operation of the system. The Arduino plotter machine has been dependent on the principle of Computer Numerical Control with limited area depends on the motion X, Y and Z axes. Basically, the system of this plotter machine is modeling by solid work software to work with three axes stepper motors (as X, Y and Z axes), these three stepper motors are controlled by shield for movement (X, Y and Z axes). This machine's movement on the X axis is 215 mm and Y axis is 235 mm. Length of travel means the linear movement of stepper motors that control for X, Y and Z axes from point to another point. The left and right movement controlled by X axis stepper motor, front-back movement controlled by Y axis stepper motor and the pen is up-down that is controlled by Z axis stepper motor

Our engraver machine will wright and draw in X and Y axis. And we are not using laser as engraving pen, because it harms environment. We are using pen, marker, metal pens etc. for engraving on different types of material like metal, plastic, glass and paper. We use mechanical, electrical components as well as software for coding.
