USABILITY OF DIGITAL RESOURCES FOR 21 ST CENTURY RESEARCHERS

The brand awareness has turned into an important variable that has an impact on customer's perception of a brand. Achievement in brand management that comes out of understanding a brand image and loyalty correctly to create strong characteristics that influences a consumer's buying decisions. The things like brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand image, and consumer behavior help in winning the perception of a consumer towards a brand. The terms have different impact on defining the meaning of words in the perception of a consumer. According to academicians and practitioners brand image is a driving force of brand asset and brand performance to sustain in the market. There is a perfect relationship between brand image and brand equity from the perspective of customer equity. The strong brand gives the possibility to company for setting itself in the market avoiding the danger of competitive actions by other companies. Brand equity is a concept of eighties. It is an outcome of business strategies adopted by companies.

While there has been much discussion about what kind of expertise the IPCC needs to develop to (better) guide climate policy, little has been said about how the experts themselves assess the challenges of making science policy-relevant. The paper aims to address this gap by exploring how leading IPCC experts reflect on and evaluate their work. The empirical material consists of an interview study with experts currently or recently involved in the IPCC. The selection strategy aimed to achieve a broad range of experience among those with key roles in the assessment work, including experts from all three working groups, from different regions, and of different genders. Data from the interviews was analyzed thematically using NVivo. The concept of boundary work was used to analyze the distinctions and boundaries in this work; how the IPCC experts draw boundaries between science and policy, between policy-relevance and policyprescriptiveness, and between certain and uncertain knowledge. By analyzing the experts' own experiences and ideas about what makes science relevant to policy-making, the paper contributes to the discussion about current and future challenges for the IPCC.

Freiberg disease is a form of avascular necrosis which generally develops in the second metatarsal bone, but can occur in any metatarsals. It is commoner in women aged 10-18, athletes and those with abnormally long metatarsals. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) philosophy is based on the flow of the Qi energy and balance of yin and yang. According to TCM disease is as a result of an internal imbalance of yin and yang and when the body's qi, or vital energy, cannot flow freely. TCM can be used in the treatment of Freiberg disease and can gives very satisfying results. Our patient is a 16 years old female diagnosed with Morbus Freiberg, also known as a Freiberg infraction. In the treatment was used one acupuncture point-ST 44 (Neiting). Four acupuncture treatments were made in our clinic, one with cold needle and three with fire needle. After the 4 th treatment our patient was able to walk normally, the edema was reduced and the pain was gone. Macro level economic and social indicators indicate disengagements between objective measurements and subjective consumer perceptions of the Malaysian economy. Objective measures show positive signals while subjective consumer perceptions depict pessimistic feelings about the economy. To provide more insights on this disparity, data is collected from 1867 Malaysian households to assess their subjective financial well-being (SFWB). In this vein, this study first examines the level of SFWB, financial stress, financial behaviour, financial knowledge, and locus of control (LOC) among Malaysians across three household income groups. Second, the study examines the association between financial stress, financial behaviour, financial knowledge, and LOC, with SFWB. For both objectives, the sample is split into three household income groups (low, middle and high income households, or the B40, M40 and T20, respectively) to analyse the differences. The results show that SFWB is at an average level of 5.2 out of 10 for the overall sample, with significant differences observed between the B40, M40 and T20 groups with SFWB scores of 4.3, 5.1 and 6.2 respectively. Financial behaviour and LOC have a significant positive relationship with SFWB, while financial stress and financial knowledge have a significant negative relationship with SFWB across all households. However, among the B40 group, financial knowledge had no significant relationship with SFWB. Lastly, the findings are discussed and policy recommendations for policymakers are provided.
