CPM baselines are snarky by nature. Many project teams regard them as ends in themselves: issued preliminarily, and then discarded, as opposed to “that to which all that follows shall be compared” (my definition). I expect stakeholders who don’t realize the absence of a baseline bar in their schedules would like to see them, if the contractor was willing to accommodate. Despite endless permutations of schedule specifications, I rarely come across ones that require baseline comparisons.
The Critical Path Method (CPM) is a widely used tool throughout the construction industry. Since its creation, the use and application of the Critical Path Method has grown tremendously. Up to date, three studies have been performed on how Engineering News Record's (ENR) Top 400 Contractor use CPM. The first study was performed by Edward Davis in 1974 and the second was performed by Amir Tavakoli and Roger Riachi in 1990. This paper is a summary of the third survey, which took place in 2003. The results from the three studies indicate that CPM use by the Top 400

This paper look at the implications of magnetism organizing itself into a wave as demonstrated in the paper "Magnetism: Insights from the Thomas Young Experiment" Why does magnetism organize itself into a wave. The reasons must be the same for all quantum phenomenon it is the most efficient way to travel. Why is there variety in magnetism, not all the phenomenon disappears at the same time. The reasons for this variety must be the same for all other quanta that has variety like photons.

Immanuel Kant is known for his contribution on the idea of " Perspectivism " which came from Plato and become one of the major problems of the Modern Philosophy and the history of Western philosophy in general. This concept is how we should view thing that which is not appears but rather how our mind imposes its understanding on the object. In this paper, we will tackle the similarities of Kant's Copernican Revolution and Edmund Husserl's Intentionality. These similarities of these two concepts must know is all about how we know things in the light of how mind gives meaning to the things being cogitated. We will understand how these concepts work together and also what will be the future of phenomenology especially like those of Heidegger.
