This paper has used psychoanalysis as a psychological basis in the analysis of criminal behavior. The methodology used for this paper was based on the bibliographical research within the science-testing model and the study thought to explore the dinamics under which the psychological bases of criminal behavior were established.

Um estudo jurídico feito com um mínimo de aprofundamento histórico certamente fará algumas referências ao Direito romano. Seria uma tarefa de grande dificuldade a de se medir toda a influência deste Direito nos atuais ordenamentos jurídicos espalhados pelo mundo. O que se pode fazer, portanto, é delimitar a matéria e o espaço à qual ela produz efeitos. Quanto à matéria, o presente trabalho terá como objeto central de estudo a figura jurídica do "furto" no Direito romano. Já quanto ao espaço, foi escolhido o Brasil, para tentar se saber se o furto do Direito brasileiro tem alguma influência da sua versão romana. Para tanto, ao longo da exposição será abordada, primeiramente a forma de enquadramento jurídico do furto no Direito romano, ou seja, qual era a sua natureza jurídica. Neste ponto, como se terá oportunidade de verificar, o furto romano não constituía questão pública, mas privada, não sendo, portanto, objeto do Direito Penalramo Público do Direito -, mas do Direito Civil. Em um segundo momento, será realizada uma tentativa de aprofundamento no que diz respeitos aos elementos constitutivos do furto romano -a dizer, a sua conceituação, seus requisitos, suas ações correspondentes e suas penas. Por fim, serão elencadas algumas semelhanças do furto romano em relação ao brasileiro, para, ao final, se concluir "se" e "quanto" há da influência romana no atual furto Direito brasileiro.

ADHD is the neuro-development disorder that most frequently appear in primary school age. The present article covers strategies and psycho pedagogic intervention in children with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) coming from the direct work experience at learning difficulties, with the objective of board strategies that allow children to overcome learning difficulties and promoting integral cognitive, affective development in them. Besides this process of approaching is not only pulled apart a pathologic view but also make up an alternative cognitive processing perspective, that required personalize teaching learning strategies, with the aim of improving learning through techniques, for instance: a) Catalog learning styles, this permit to recognize the most suitable way that each children has to assimilate new information, b) Physic activities, with the aim of promote better physic energy investing, setting routines and having feeding and exercising schedule, c) cognitive activities, assigned to stimulate brain's executive functions, d) cognitive behaviorist activities, assigned to create a cognitive active state that affect learning. Also this article includes other techniques, such as Self-command and music therapy. To conclude, the proposal made at this article is not only focused in childhood with ADHD but also it propose to achieve an inclusive and humanist education; Able to encompass the differences and perceive the difficulties as Strength.

A paper on the theme of the History of Religions and Ugaritic myth could lead in a number of directions. Those that are entirely theoretical, in the sense that they would deal with problems in the theoretical approach to the discipline, are to my mind not terribly helpful, since grand theory always has to give way to awkward fact. The problem I shall treat is no less theoretical, of course, but at least it is testable, and seeks to answer a specific, and ultimately historical, problem, rather than simply indulging in airy speculation, or more dangerously, in the promotion of an ideological stance. The 'History of Religions' indeed raises a problem of reference: the English expression is fairly neutral, simply denoting the study of religions within a historical framework, considering historical developments and so forth, while as I understand it the German term Religionsgeschichte can have a more restricted sense, denoting this approach applied to Israelite and Judahite religion in historical context, so that it merges with Comparative Religion and the History of Tradition (Überlieferungsgeschichte). It can then take on a significant polemical role, which I do not see it as my brief to defend 1 .
