The article establishes a premise that the artist differs from a philosopher in that he is by the very nature of his work already in the plain of experience of the phenomenological reduction. Starting with the methodological assumptions of phenomenology, which value above all the departure from the boundaries of mundane philosophy, the author points out that modern art finds the notions of holding onto in any form the reproduction of existing reality very foreign. The second part of the article analyses the philosophical insights which interpret modern painting as the spontaneous negation of the natural attitude. The representation of the transformation of the term of abstraction additionally illuminates the relationship between of phenomenology and modern art. Departing from the expressly negative and the affirmation of the positive meanings of abstraction come from the fundamental change in the relation towards the existing world. THE PERFORMANCE OF INVESTIGATIVE ACTION THROUGH VIDEOCOMMUNICATION1 Abstract The article examines the essence of conducting an investigative operation through videocommunication the criminal procedure provided by the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Armenia as an exclusive measure, the grounds for conducting an investigative operation through videocommunication the criminal procedure, and the procedural procedure for conducting an investigative operation through videocommunication the criminal procedure. While studying the selected topic, the legislative features of conducting an investigative action through videocommunication the use of a special case and the practical significance of its implementation were analyzed. The topicality of the chosen topic is due to the different interpretation of the legal provisions on investigative actions by means of the species. The purpose of the research of this topic is to study the features and grounds of investigative action in criminal proceedings using forensics, in particular, to identify the essence of conducting investigative actions through videocommunication forensics in criminal proceedings, the logic of legal regulations on the grounds for conducting investigative actions through videocommunication forensics, and the presumed will of the legislator, as well as to identify investigative procedures through videocommunication forensics features and problems of the procedural order of execution of the action. When studying the topic selected in the article, the legal comparative method, deductive and inductive, as well as analysis and abstraction methods were used. При изучении выбранной темы были проанализированы законодательные особенности применения видеоконференции при производстве следственного действия и практическая значимость его проведения. Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена различным толкованием норм законодательства относительно применения видеоконференции при производстве следственного действия. Целью исследования данной темы является изучение особенностей применения видеоконференции при производстве следственного действия, в частности, выявление сущности применения видеоконференции при производстве следственного действия, логика правового регулирования оснований для применения видеоконференции при производстве следственного действия и подразумеваемая воля законодателя, а также выявление особенностей процессуального порядка применения видеоконференции при производстве следственного действия и проблем, возникающие при его проведении. This document aims to analyze the genealogy of the concept of cultural heritage from the Middle Ages to the twenty-first century, to establish the reason why it is still necessary to review and reconceptualize the way to understand the cultural heritage, where the material and immaterial aspects mutually interact according to its socio-cultural functions. The impacts of the market economy over the cultural heritage definition and management after the second part of the twentieth century make evident why cultural heritage preservation has to be redirected and redefined. It has to involve not only the communities’ perspective and interests, but also different cultural heritage dynamics and understandings out the Eurocentric perspective that still rules heritage issues.

Across the world today, particularly in the West, the subject of marriage and human sexuality elicits no small debate, opinion, or controversy. For communities of faith, especially churches, it is crucial to pay attention to the divine wisdom available in their respective biblical canons in terms of how they frame and communicate views and positions vis-à-vis marriage and human sexuality. Here is where the Song of Songs (hereinafter "Song"), inter alia, comes into play. As an ancient Near Eastern (hereinafter "ANE") text wherein it is virtually impossible not to imagine the celebration of romantic love, the Song invites its readers to ponder how God might transmit instruction through it for the benefit of an increasingly confused world apropos of all things love and sex. Naturally, many attempts at relating the Song's message(s) to the modern context in regard to theology and ethics have already been made. However, since not every effort can or should share the same value with respect to developing a biblical theology of marriage and human sexuality, a good deal of sifting and categorizing is necessary. Such is what I intend to do in this paper.
