Mechanized industry has been changed with the development of modern technologies such as: information technology (micro-elecronics, computers, telecommunications, robotics), laser technology, technology of new materials, nuclear technology, space exploring technology, biotechnology and genetic engineering. These technologies have caused rapid changes in production, social relations worldwide, life of people and their education. Managing innovations is very complex, because the teacher's resistance occurs due to insufficient capability and inadequate equipment in schools. Overcoming this problem involves active participation in seminars for teacher training. Development of information technology and constantly innovating educational technology causes changes in the methods and forms of teaching and organization that would be optimal in the era of mass application of Internet and electronic sources of knowledge. New knowledge, new inventions and new technologies influence, directly of indirectly, reform and advancement of education system, changes of teaching contents and other sources of knowledge, betterment of teaching technique and technology. We shall mention some of the discoveries which have been influencing the physical education system.

Abstract (English) A theoretical approach to the use of information and communication technologies in Physical Education Un enfoque teórico para el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en la Educación Física Abstract: Today's fast-changing World imposes new challenges in all aspects of our lives. Most prominent changes have been observed in information and communications technology (ICT). These changes imposed new challenges for the education system, schools, and especially for teachers. Keeping up with the pace of these developments has gained an increased popularity in today's digital culture, and in consequence academic interest increased significantly on using smart and modern technologies in the field of Physical Education. So far a reasonable amount of research has been done to study technology integration in teaching and learning environments. Yet, more effort needs to be spent for the claims and research within the realm of Physical Education. This paper therefore tries to present a short overview on the topic, the approaches, tools and studies about the use of technology in the field of PE. Un enfoque teórico para el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en la Educación Física Resumen: El mundo cambiante de hoy impone nuevos desafíos en todos los aspectos de nuestras vidas. Los cambios más destacados se han obser-vado en la tecnología de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC). Estos cambios impusieron nuevos desafíos para el sistema educativo, las escuelas y especialmente para los docentes. Mantener el ritmo de estos desarrollos ha ganado una mayor popularidad en la cultura digital actual, y en consecuen-cia el interés académico aumentó significativamente en el uso de tecnologías inteligentes y modernas en el campo de la Educación Física. Hasta ahora, se ha realizado una cantidad razonable de investigación para estudiar la integración de la tecnología en entornos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Sin embargo, es necesario dedicar más esfuerzo a los reclamos e investigaciones en el ámbito de la Educación Física. Por lo tanto, este documento inten-ta presentar una breve descripción general sobre el tema, los enfoques, las herramientas y los estudios sobre el uso de la tecnología en el campo de la educación física. The changes taking place in the higher education system in the Republic of Belarus require the search for new pedagogical teaching technologies, the updating of tools, methods and methodological techniques. At Polotsk State University, innovative pedagogical practices and technologies, information and communication technologies and distance learning technologies are widely used in the training of specialists in physical education. When choosing and implementing new pedagogical practices, technologies, forms and methods of teaching, constant requests for the formation of future specialists ’ competencies are taken into account. The use of innovative teaching methods increases the quality of students ’ knowledge, interest in studying the course and future professional activity.

The paper focused on application of information and communication technology (ICT) in the administration of physical education and sports. Information and communication technology was seen on the convergence of audiovisual and telephone networks with computer networks which covers any product that will store, retrieve, manipulate, transmit and receive digital information. This facility was shown to be very useful in the administration of physical education and sports. The device enhances communication of information in the administration of physical education and sports. It also enhances experience in dance and dance education, and provides feedback that make teachers evaluate success in the programme and make students work harder. The paper saw ICT hardware and software as veritable tool for teaching physical education and simplifying data collection and analysis. The paper concluded that ICT represents one of the most useful tools for enhancing the decoding of physical education and sports curriculum if used correctly, and therefore recommended that proper practical ICT training should be provided for physical education teachers and student in schools and colleges by the ministry of science and education.

Technology 4.0 is a collection of technologies related to physical cyber systems, Internet of Things and Internet of systems. With great influence and widespread scope in all industries and fields in life, along with the speed of rapid development of technology, the fourth industrial revolution is considered a different era. This revolution is expected to affect all sectors and the entire economy of mankind. The education and training system also need to integrate and adapt to better prepare for improving the quality of teachers and student learning. The article discusses the role of information technology and its use in physical education for students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology Education era 4.0.
Purpose: to analyze the problem of the formation of students’ attitudes toward physical education classes and the application of information and communication technologies in physical education in higher education institutions. Material: in the survey participated 245 students. Results: it was found that according to students in physical education classes with the use of modern technologies are more efficient than traditional occupations (52%) are more emotional nature, help to improve mood (28%), helps to provide students the latest up to date information relative health (26 %) contribute to increased power consumption of an organism (8%). Conclusion: the need for the development and application of information and communication technologies and nontraditional forms of physical education to improve the effectiveness of the educational process in physical education in higher education institutions.

The use of educational technologies (ET) in school setting is progressively modifying the epistemological structure of the disciplines, conditioning the development of the educational process, influencing methodologies and enhancing students' motivation and engagement in learning. In school setting, the use of digital tools combined with innovative didactic methods (i.e. "brainstorming", "flipped classroom", "cooperative learning", "role play", etc.) helps children and adolescents to develop life skills, emotional intelligence, divergent thinking, and solicit different learnings styles in order to generate links between different areas of knowledge, structure mental concept maps and provide significant learnings. This paper aims to illustrate the modern pedagogical and methodological implications of using technologies and game-based learning for the teaching of physical education, highlighting strengths and limitations. L'uso delle tecnologie educative (ET) in ambito scolastico sta modificando progressivamente la struttura epistemologica delle discipline, condizionando lo sviluppo del processo educativo, influenzando le metodologie, sollecitando i fattori psicologici correlati all'apprendimento. L'utilizzo di hardware e software digitali in ambito scolastico, unitamente ad approcci didattici innovativi (es. "brainstorming", "flipped classroom", "apprendimento cooperativo", "role play", ecc.), permette a bambini e adolescenti di apprendere life skills, sviluppare i diversi ambiti dell'intelligenza emotiva, il pensiero divergente, sperimentare diverse modalità e forme di apprendimento al fine di (a) creare delle connessioni strutturali e logiche tra apprendimenti differenti, (b) strutturare mappe mentali di apprendimento e (c) rendere gli apprendimenti significativi. Il presente lavoro si propone di illustrare le moderne implicazioni pedagogiche e metodologiche dell'uso delle tecnologie e dell'apprendimento basato sul gioco per l'insegnamento dell'educazione fisica, evidenziando punti di forza e limiti.
