A suggested way to frame 5 by 7 paintings that looks
great, is to use an 8 by 10 frame with black insert and
attach painting in the middle with glue dots.

I create this blog with good intentions.

I'm hoping it enables me to present my work to

people that might like it enough to

make a purchase. This "selling" is not an area I

have persued ardently. Now that I have

retired from teaching painting, I want

to continue with work done just to please

myself. It seems to represent the real me,

so it is more fun. As far as it being called

a "birth"...I do feel trying to figure out how

to make the blog may constitute labor pains.

It took me several times trying and

scraping the idea. But here I am feeling

quite happy about the start.
