Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we explore the nuanced interactions of formal authority and informal influence within teams. Our focus includes legitimate authority, expertise, and referent power, investigating their differential effects on both task-oriented and socio-emotional aspects of collaboration. Through literature review and empirical data across organizational contexts, we aim to reveal how power dynamics shape team participation. Additionally, we dissect the role of conflict in the association between power types and participation, providing a nuanced understanding of its mediation. The theoretical implications of our findings enhance comprehension of the interplay between power, participation, and conflict in teams. Furthermore, practical insights derived can guide organizational leaders in optimizing team effectiveness, contributing valuable knowledge to team dynamics and supporting evidence-based interventions for productive and harmonious team environments.

A recent estimate by the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies, Government of India, puts the total preventable post-harvest losses of food grains at 10 per cent of the total production or about 20 million Mt, which is equivalent to the total food grains produced in Australia annually. In a country where 20 per cent of the population is undernourished, post-harvest losses of 20 million Mt annually is a substantial avoidable waste. According to a World Bank study (1999), post-harvest losses of food grains in India are 7-10 per cent of the total production from farm to market level and 4-5 per cent at market and distribution levels. This research focuses on identifying the factors affecting the performance of the farmers as a channel member in dry chilly supply chain management. This research is based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods of data collection. It has to be a due diligent act of the farmer. If due care and planning is not taken, farmers will not be able to sell dry chilli in time, maintain the quality of the dry chilli and get the right price. Therefore an effort is being made in this research to understand the different dynamics of transportation preferred by dry chilli growing farmers. A descriptive research methodology was used and statistical technique Factor analysis was carried out to find the reasons considered to make optimized decisions related with transportation.

A farmer tries to minimize cost and maximize the profit. His decision to sell dry Chilly in a particular market depends on various factors, where pricing is one of the important factor amongst that. Hence a research was conducted to understand the farmers knowledge and expectations about dry chilly pricing. Factor analysis was used to analyze and it was found out that,Farmers obtains sufficient knowledge to get a best yield, they try to be cost effective during the process, they try to protect the crop from physical and financial loss using measures

To avoid loss, farmers maintain quality of dry chilly by storing it in cold storage and wait for the right time to sell at a profitable time. Therefore maintaining inventory in such a form which helps him to access market quickly, profitably with quality is a challenge. Therefore this research brings out the farmers knowledge of loss and reasons for the choice of cold storage, grading, drying and packing dry chilly inventory. Exploratory factor analysis is being used in this research to understand the drily inventory management by farmers.

Facility utilization for the dry chilli farmers is an important aspect of supply chain drivers. When one looks at facility, its various forms need to be analyzed. Hence this research brings out the dimensions of facility preferred by dry chilli farmers. A descriptive research methodology was used & Statistical technique Factor analysis was carried out. The different dimensions of facilities chosen by farmers to make an optimized decisions are: utilization of own facility, facility available with the commission agent, cold storage, e-tendering and APMC market.

Winning attitude and acquiring new competency steer many companies to nourish their retailers in expectation of high degree of business for their products. As service gained importance as major marketing tool, during late 1990s retailer satisfaction was the buzz word. Therefore, retailers enjoyed a healthy share in company’s strategic decisions. Due to unpredictability and uncertainty of demand strategic decisions required further importance. As we see there is a perfect competition among soft drink companies, to tap the potential market the only constant decision is frequent change in strategies. Horizontal expansion concept is one such strategies used by Coca-Cola company to enhance the market share by increasing number of outlets by identifying stock keeping units. The successful implementation of marketing strategy depends on how best the company understands their key channel members specially retailers. The study was carried to analyse retailer satisfaction by using factor analysis, to identify the key factors of satisfaction. The findings of the research with respect to product, price, availability, salesman behaviour, promotion and advertising are guiding the company to improve their policies of attracting and retaining the retailers to sell Coca-Cola products and to convert non Coca-Cola retailers to Coca-Cola retailers.

These losses would be enough to feed about 70-100 million people, i.e. about 1/3rd of India’s poor or the entire population of the states of the Bihar and Haryana together for about one year. Thus, it is evident that the post-harvest losses have impact at both the micro and macro levels of the economy. This article critically reviews the scenario of agriculture supply chain management in India by throwing a light on role of agriculture supply chain management, Agri food supply chain management, Agriculture marketing in India, market place for agriculture products, APMC, contract farming and private sector initiatives.

A complete transformation of economy is possible once when drastic changes in the format of entrepreneurship happen from the gross root level of villages. The heart of India lies in rural villages. But, if a component of the population i.e. women living in rural village is ignored leads to decline in contribution to the growth of economy. At the same time women has got challenges to manage work life balance. An individual‟s personality tends to be both consistent and enduring. Although marketers cannot change consumers‟ personalities to conform to their products, if they know which personality characteristics influence specific consumer responses, they can attempt to appeal to the relevant traits inherent in their target group of consumers. Even though consumers‟ personalities may be consistent, their consumption behavior often varies considerably because of the various psychological, sociocultural, environmental and situational factors that affect behavior. Therefore In this research using factor analysis the formation of cosmetics personality is identified. Keywords: Consumer behavior, cosmetics, personality.
