This research is based on current problems that occur in kindergarten teachers in Pariangan Distr... more This research is based on current problems that occur in kindergarten teachers in Pariangan DistrictThis research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods with ex post facto research design on the subject of research namely kindergarten teachers in Pariangan sub-district. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire, then the data analysis used was a descriptive statistical test. The results showed that the description of the professional competence of kindergarten teachers in the millennial era was already in the high category of 74.26%. And the kindergarten teachers pedagogical competence in this millennial era in the Pariangan sub-district is already in the high category of 76.92%, but the indicators of taking reflective, corrective and innovative actions in improving the quality of the process and the results of early childhood development need to be increased again because they are in the category just 51%.

Facilities and infrastructure are equipment in the implementation and management of early childhood education and care activities. The existence of educational facilities, especially in ECE, is not solely held but there are various rules that are the conditions for the existence of these infrastructure facilities. In achieving the goals of national education, the ministry of education and culture, the central government and even the local government have made rules and regulations in the development of education especially in ECE. The principle of procurement of infrastructure includes: Safe, clean, healthy, comfortable and beautiful; In accordance with the level of child development; Utilizing the potential and resources that exist in the surrounding environment, and other objects that are suitable for use and do not endanger the health of the child. In facilities and infrastructure can not be separated from the efforts of the government and school principals in addressing the problems of facilities and infrastructure that occur. This research was carried out in early childhood education institutions in Pariangan sub-district through observations related to the management of educational facilities and infrastructure.

Paper ini mencoba mengkaji tentang pembelajaran saintifik dalam kurikulum 2013 pendidikan anak usia dini. Dalam paper ini menguraikan, pertama bagaimana pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis kurikulum 2013 sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia nomor 146 Tahun 2014 tentang kurikulum 2013 PAUD. Kedua, menguraikan bagaimana konsep pembelajaran saintifik. Ketiga menguraikan bagaimana prinsip pembelajaran saintifik pada pembelajaran anak usia dini dalam kurikulum 2013. Dan keempat menguraikan tentang bagaimana tahapan pembelajaran saintifik anak usia dini dalam kurikulum 2013. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebijakan kurikulum 2013, pendekatan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 dan implementasi pembelajaran saitifik pada anak usia dini.

Data collection is done by doing observation or observation, interview, and documentation to complete data of research object. In this study also uses simple statistics to help find out the data. This research includes: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The results showed that learning counting through playing congklak in group B conducted in two cycles as a whole classroom action research can run smoothly, and there is a positive change in the ability to count learners. The ability to count learners from the initial observation of 47, 05% in the first cycle to 61.76% and in the second cycle increased again to 79.41%. So the overall ability to count up by 32, 36% with the category being high.
