Methods: We compared the Samsung WS80A Crystal Vue with two dimension and three dimension in 24 fetuses of different gestational weeks (GW) between January 2017 and January 2018, 1 case of 13 GW, 15 cases of 18∼25 GW, 5 cases of 28∼32 GW, 4 cases over 35 GW. Crystal Vue imaging were compared with 2D, 3D, MRI and pathologic examination in 4 fetuses with malformation, 2 cases with duodenal atresia (DA), 2 cases with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). Results: Crystal Vue could delineate the fetal intestinal wall and lumen in different GW, and is considered better than 2D, 3D and MRI T2WI. For the cases with CDH, the imaging of intestinal tract herniating into the thoracic cavity on Crystal Vue is similar to MRI; as for the cases with DA, the dilated esophagus, stomach and duodenum were better delineated on Crystal Vue than MRI. Conclusions: Samsung WS80A Crystal Vue is a non-invasive and convenient fast imaging technology, and is evaluable in evaluating the fetal gastrointestinal tract, not only in normal development, but also in diagnosis of gastrointestinal malformation. A close reading of the whole canto suggests the hypothesis that the story of a modern sinner is built on her name, whether historical fact or fiction, meaning ‘French woman’. Francesca is a naive reader of a French novel, and serves Dante’s purpose of showing the dangers hidden in books that deal superficially with the subject of love.

Giovanni’s unexpected attack on the Comedy elicits a cruel reaction from Dante, who retrieves the form of Virgil’s Latin bucolic to humiliate his opponent and demonstrate his own superiority as the absolute poet able even to compose in Latin in a poetic genre that was no longer current.

The latter is an imaginative concentration of characters and situations which, however, are based on plausible or authentic events. This article examines the fragments of historical fact that weave their way into the fictional plot in an effort to better understand the performance practice which is depicted through Gadda's distorted lens. It emerges that the primary model for his parody is Wagnerian opera, which was still at the centre of a heated artistic debate. Lasdy, a quote from Baudelaire is identified, one that would over time continue to resurface in Gadda's writings.

An account is given of the editorial decisions, the criteria of textual selection, the intended readership, the attribution of the work to Dante and the reactions that the volume elicited. Subsequent commentaries on The Flower are then contextualized and an alternative title is proposed in place of the traditional and apocryphal one.

We consider how, in line with Manzoni’s wishes, the image enriches the meaning of the written text, as in a modern graphic novel. We then point to some of Manzoni’s potential sources for the verbal and pictorial implications of this scene, including manuals and sermons on religious education as well as portraits of aristocratic children.

What does really Dante mean? There has been much discussion of exactly what the «bello stilo» is and where it is to be found in Dante's work, but it is not satisfactory. Perhaps Dante's formulation is only a surprising claim for a poetic identity, a strategy for showing himself as a new ‘classic’ poet.
