The staff were very friendly and…

The staff were very friendly and helpful and both the drop off and pick up was quick, efficient and stress free. My car was waiting for me as soon as I got to the car park from collecting my bag. When you call after you have your bags some companies leave you waiting but this was an amazing service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

By far the worst…AVOID!!!!!

This company is by far the worst airport meet and greet service known to me.

I have used meet and greets for the last 12 years across every London airport. And I travel often.

First time using this company and website, and first time booking with this awful company.

1 - they were 36 minutes late to collect the car when we arrived at the airport, they said 5 minutes every time I called them.
Incredibly poor for an airport service, given we have a flight to catch, 36 mins is extremely valuable time in this setting!

2 - Unfortunately due to a death in the family we had to return 4 days earlier than scheduled. Email and telephone call to notify them of this 2 days prior to new collection date.
Advised collection to be 8am on the 1st Oct and explained the sensitive reason.
Acknowledgement from company via email and telephone.

Upon arrival, we called the company - the man said you’re meant to be collecting it on the 5th and that they had to locate the car.
Numerous calls chasing them and over and hour later they finally said it would arrive in 15 minutes. And they were still later.
Overall we waited 1.5 hours and the man on the phone was incredibly rude.

This is a disgusting service.
Unprofessional, rude and just poor in every way.
And to be quite honest absolutely unacceptable!

I’m absolutely shocked a company like this is allowed to operate.

Complaint sent to the company on 2 occasions via email and had just been ignored!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience.
We used Flyaway car park at Gatwick. We waited for the staff to collect our car 30 min on departure, and 4 hours on arrival!!
There was a queue of people waiting for their car to be returned to them after arrival, all waited around 3h!! Shocking!!
Never had an experience like that.
One of the persons on the phone was also very cocky and arrogant.
There was no apology or refund offered

Waited a long time at both ends

Really poor unfortunately. Waited about twenty minutes for them on arrival. Then on the way back it took over an hour. They were quite rude and said that is how long it always took and said that on our booking. We then checked and it said it should take 25-35 minutes.

2 weeks car parking

When we got there to take our flight they were amazing, on return it was extremely difficult and I found the person on the phone very rude. I called to say we are at the airport, he offered me a 4 seater which is illegal (we were a group of 5). A couple who got there after us then got in a 6 seater vehicle. 27minutes later another vehicle turned up did not ask to see any type of receipt, picked us up took us to the car grounds, had me sign a paper before I looked at the car and sent me on my way. There was no confirmation or validation of who I was after a 2week holiday. On arrival it was not me who handled handover, it was my mum. I thought that was really really bad.

phones unreacheable

on arrival, neither of the phone numbers given ( mobile or landline ) for Fly Away Parking Gatwick could connect for 20 minutes. I had to call the agent at parking4you.co.uk who managed to get in contact with the company.

Took too long and poor communication

The amount of time and communication when we were waiting to collect our car was crazy. When booking we were told 20-30 minutes from calling them.
When we actually called we were told 30-40 minutes, but in reality it was just over 1 hour.
When In called for updates the response was poor and lacking detail. No apology offered for the time taken. Will never use again.

Late and car was dirty.

Forge parking did not turn up until 20 minutes after I called to say we’d arrived.
The car arrived covered in mud with muddy footprints in the driver’s footwell.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Appalling service !

No mention of additional car park fees
Car drop off was way away from the terminal so we had to cart bags quite a way
On drop off we had to wait for meet and greet man
On return meet and greet man was late so we got soaked
It was hardly meet and greet just some guy chucking the keys at us on arrival and walking off! No conversation was had

I would never use this service again as it was expensive and misleading !

Not great!

Going out there was no issues, coming back we waited an hour after calling for the car to be returned and when we got it the whole car was covered in bird muck., to the extent it needed to go through the car wash twice to try and remove it, not good!

Would not recommend

As requested I called when I was 30 minutes from the airport. I called again on arrival as I couldn't see anyone didn't know where to wait. over an hour later (over an hour and a half since my initial call) and several increasingly frantic calls later, a man eventually arrived to collect my keys. I then had to run through the airport and only just caught my flight. additionally I had to pay £10 (rather than £6) for the parking as I had been there so long. There were a couple of ladies waiting for their car to be be returned to them, they arrived before me and were still waiting when I left. Given this experience, on my return I call as soon as I got off the plane rather then when through baggage reclaim as suggested, lucky I did a it still look about an hour, but I was only actually waiting 10 minutes in the cold. I would not recommend this company.

Easy to use service our flight was…

Easy to use service our flight was delayed for 8 hours which didn’t phase this company just said that’s fine just call us to let us know when you arriving 100% recommend will use in future also put forward to family and friends.

Friendly, professional and prompt!

Easy to access the drop off and pick up zones - even though I left from North terminal and returned to South terminal. Staff were friendly and efficient and the service was prompt. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Very happy 😃
