By far the worst…AVOID!!!!!
This company is by far the worst airport meet and greet service known to me.
I have used meet and greets for the last 12 years across every London airport. And I travel often.
First time using this company and website, and first time booking with this awful company.
1 - they were 36 minutes late to collect the car when we arrived at the airport, they said 5 minutes every time I called them.
Incredibly poor for an airport service, given we have a flight to catch, 36 mins is extremely valuable time in this setting!
2 - Unfortunately due to a death in the family we had to return 4 days earlier than scheduled. Email and telephone call to notify them of this 2 days prior to new collection date.
Advised collection to be 8am on the 1st Oct and explained the sensitive reason.
Acknowledgement from company via email and telephone.
Upon arrival, we called the company - the man said you’re meant to be collecting it on the 5th and that they had to locate the car.
Numerous calls chasing them and over and hour later they finally said it would arrive in 15 minutes. And they were still later.
Overall we waited 1.5 hours and the man on the phone was incredibly rude.
This is a disgusting service.
Unprofessional, rude and just poor in every way.
And to be quite honest absolutely unacceptable!
I’m absolutely shocked a company like this is allowed to operate.
Complaint sent to the company on 2 occasions via email and had just been ignored!
