No long waits, polite and helpful drivers.
Drop off instructions were spot on.
Pick up instructions were a bit hectic. But still, we only waited some 5 minutes tops to be picked up.
Very pleased overall, will use again, and would recommend.

Great team of people, seamless drop off and very quick transfer to right dock in the port. Text 30 mins before getting off the ship and they were waiting as soon as we arrived at the flag. Quick transfer back to collect my car, which was in the same condition I left it and brought out to me as soon as the transfer pulled up. Video taken before and after, as well as mileage recorded at the same time. Top notch service that I will recommend to others and use again.

Having read the reviews I decided to try Southampton Cruise parking services.
I was very impressed with every aspect of their service.
Communication was good. The warehouse was easy to find with clear directions given. It was busy when we arrived but we were still on a mini bus within 20 mins. Our car was checked over and we signed a form before our luggage was lifted onto the bus.
The mini bus drops you right outside the terminal entrance so minimal walking needed.
On our return I text to say we would be disembarking in about half an hour as directed. I then received a phone call giving me specific directions to their pick up point, as we had arrived back at a different terminal.
The mini bus was waiting and a very friendly and chatty driver took us back to our car. As it was quiet he drove us straight into the warehouse where the car was waiting.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly, polite and efficient.
I would happily recommend this service and will use them again myself if I cruise from Southampton.

Excellent service with friendly, helpful staff. Knowledgeable about the local area and very informative whilst driving around the port. We have used their services three times and have just booked to park there again (through Tui).

Didn’t have clear directions on my booking to find the warehouse, but once there the service was excellent
Quick check in ,with Mini bus waiting to take us immediately to the port.
On the return I texted and the same driver was at the door of the terminal, no waiting for any other passengers.
The driver and other staff all extremely friendly and helpful,with luggage loaded into our car . Don’t get that service with the main competitor at the cruise terminal!
Great to get to the car in winter and not have to wait until the de-mist clears the windows😀

After booking the information provided was easy to follow. To be honest, on arrival the building although well signed isn’t very appealing and the non-uniformed staff made me slightly skeptical to leave my car with them. That said the location is close to all cruise terminals and the transfer was easy in a comfortable minivan.
On return the process was once again easy to follow and the pickup was good with only a 10 minute wait at the terminal. When we arrived back at the parking place our car was ready to drive away. Overall I am extremely happy with the service and would recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Arrived at premises to find staff waiting for us. Paperwork quickly completed and on our way to cruise terminal within 10 minutes.
On return went to pickup point to find transport already waiting without calling (just good luck). Again quick 10 minute ride back to find our vehicle ready and waiting.
Excellent service from friendly staff who even loaded our cases in and out of our car - would definitely recommend

Great experience overall drop off was easy and in the dry as weather was awful..we left ship at 6:30am on pick up and they were with us within 10 minutes and car ready to go fabulous

Very friendly greeting on arrival. Photos taken of car and extra services offered if we wanted to take advantage ie Valero g the car. The taxi drivers taking us to and from the port were really friendly too a real credit to the company. I would highly recommend this company if you need parking to start a cruise

The whole process was smooth from drop off to collection.

I used them to park when on a four day cruise on the Queen Mary 2. Fabulous service from start to finish. Easy directions to the depot .Speedy checkin and taken immediately to the terminal . At the terminal our brilliant driver explained where we were to wait at the big blue flag in the hanger. On return had a reminder to check in with them 30 mins before leaving the ship. I did so and had a quick text back confirming I would be met at the terminal. Once through customs I saw the flag and made my way to it. Partway there I was hailed by the driver who had dropped me off. He loaded my luggage quickly, he confirmed my collection to the office and my car was waiting. Luggage loaded for me and I was asked if I was happy with everything . I was then on my way. Cannot praise them more highly . Would use them everytime. Very reasonable parking charge. My vehicle was undercover in a warehouse on site till I collected it

Great service, helped me with babies and buggys. Quick trip to the port and due to a storm we got to port a day early. We were keen to travel home before the worst of the weather so I really appreciated them waiting until we were allowed to disembark which was slightly out of hours.

Very professional company, vehicle is undercover in a secure warehouse. It is literally a few minutes to & from the ferry terminal, as soon as we arrived we were transported to the terminal & on our return waited a few minutes before we were collected to return to our car. Very impressed with this company, really easy to book, easy to find and friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes from the port but our car felt safe and secure and, as it was indoors, protected from the weather. We would certainly use them again.

Having not used this service previously, I was a little apprehensive as to how this would operate. However an excellent and efficient service was provided. The car drop off point was found easily and, after a quick handover, we were swiftly transferred to the cruise terminal. Upon disembarking we were picked up very quickly at the designated point at the cruise terminal and transferred to the indoor area where the car had been parked. The process from collecting our luggage upon disembarking to collecting our car took no more than 30 minutes.
