Delays, delays but finally arrived.

Cant fault the 2 delivery guys. Friendly, respectful and upbeat at 7am.
I drop 2 stars due to the delay in delivering. The 5 working day order via JD Williams was scheduled for 10th Dec but finally delivered on 23rd Dec after a long silence. Whether the issue is with JD Williams overpromising or logistics issue with Arrow XL it doesnt leave a good impression either way.
Delivery at 7am with on the way call at 6.45am a bit early in deep doze winter. Not very sociable hours. Just relieved good arrived.

Kept informed of ETA of both units…

Kept informed of ETA of both units ordered. Timely updates by text, phone call on delivery day to confirm arrival time. Goods brought into house by efficient courteous staff. Highly recommend, would use again.

Early delivery..

Delivery was scheduled between 16.00 and 18.00 hrs, however, the delivery guys rang by 12.30 and said they'd be delivering within the next 90 minutes! This was not a problem for us. A further phone call alerted us to the imminent arrival. The goods were delivered OK and they people we polite and the items were placed exactly as requested.

Staff delivering from the Airdrie depot…

Staff delivering from the Airdrie depot were prompt, polite and friendly ans got our washing machine to us with no issues. The delivery time was amended by 10 minutes at delivery 2 but was spot on for us at delivery 4. No damage to box, no problems with delivery into house and very happy to use again.

Lorraine in Customer services…

Spoke to Lorraine in Customer services via chat and she was able to look into a missing parcel. Looks like the retailer issued a consignment number but ran pur of stock. Not the couriers fault. Off to file for a refund. Thanks Lorraine!

Perfect delivery system.

Driver phoned prior to delivery and delivered earlier than originally expected as arranged, which worked out perfect for me as I had the rest of the day to do my Christmas shopping. Delivery man was courteous polite and helpful & placed the item exactly where I wanted. Thanks a million. Outstanding Service.

Delivery

I was wondering whether to give it 4 starts or 5 stars as the parcel arrived a few days later than originally planned. However, the company informed me promptly of the delay and gave a new date for the parcel and it arrived promptly on the new date and from what my sister said delivered cheerfully by the van driver.

Drivers telephoned before delivery that…

Drivers telephoned before delivery that is excellent idea as I am slightly disabled. It gave me time to access doors etc. Driver and assistant they were both a credit your company first class

One of the best delivery services I've…

One of the best delivery services I've had. Came within the specified timeframe and called me 10 minutes before arriving to ensure I'm prepared for my delivery. Lovely delivery people too!

The older gentleman really helpful

The older gentleman really helpful . Younger one didn't have clue i ended up carrying it in with the guy. Not great for bad back but it's in and set up so let excercise begin

Overall a positive experience

Overall a positive experience. Kept well up to date with date and time of delivery but to have paid extra to have my old appliances removed and the new one connected, it was more than a bit unusual for the delivery team to arrive without any tools to allow them to even remove the transit screws from the new machine. On providing an adjustable spanner all was quickly resolved.

Got message with time slot then a call…freezer delivery

Got message with time slot then a call from the delivery men to say that they would be about 20 minutes, arrived and delivered, no problem and both cheery lads, good job well done. 👍

TV delivery ahead of schedule.

The delivery was scheduled very quickly after ordering. The delivery crew were quick and courteous, and all emails and texts arrived as promised and were very clear.

Lovely Delivery Experience

Have had several deliveries from ArrowXL and its always been good. I got the right amount of updates on the movement and delivery time of my item. Got a call 10 min to arrival and the delivery was prompt. Friendly and helpful team.

The gentlemen that delivered our bed and took away the old one were very respectful of our property. They were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Terrible

Wow. Never review anything but this company cancelled our delivery 4 times! Eventually rang the company Appliances Direct and got our money back. We did not have a fridge freezer for Christmas. Noone to call from the company - we were number 54 in the queue! Precious little communication and very few available delivery dates. Awful experience. Too much to say it ruined Christmas - but not far off.

No delivery no alternative delivery date....

Integrated dishwasher ordered from Huges didn't arrive at expected time - no alternatives offered and no one called. Meant I've had to pay the installer a call out fee and now need to pay them to come out again, who knows when that might be as no one has been in touch with an alternative date. Chat non-existent and useless... is there anyone out there (no bots please!) that could get back to us on this - worse courier company I've dealt with EVER.
