You can purchase some of these items, ask friends or community to help you with this (like a meal train), or prepare and cook some of these yourself

However you go about it, you are taking the time to build a path to a nourishing postpartum and that's what's important

The following principles, are based on maintaining and building energy so the body can recover to it's fullest vitality (these are a guide only)

🤱 Only eat warm foods, no raw or cold foods during the first 2-3 months

🤱 Eat animal foods, cook most plant food
