Ewa Kamińska

My research interests focus on cultural contacts between Japan and Europe, Japanese art, especially crafts (kōgei) with particular emphasis on ceramics and tea culture. Furthermore, my academic activity includes  research on aesthetics in everyday life of modern Japanese society and the role of museums in culture.
