You should try this to know how good this tastes  Recipe  1.5 tbsp mustard seeds 2 tsp poppy seeds 2-3 pieces of coconut / 7-8 cashews 4-5 green chillies 2-3 tbsp yoghurt / thick curd 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp mustard oil  150g paneer salt as per taste 2-3 tbsp water  If you have some time, you can even soak (10-15mins ) the mustard and poppy seeds before grinding  Make the sauce using all the ingredients mentioned above. You can even grind the chillies along with the poppy seeds if you like.
