Whenever I hover over other items the appearance of Atom worsens.

Not only the Atom software, but Epic games also show the same problem. The video of it is attached here

In addition to that, there is one more application that's behaving like this. I don't even know what this problem is actually called.

It turned out the graphics drivers were not setup correctly. Now that I have reset the settings, everything works just fine and the white lines have disappeared from everywhere.
